Follow the clues hidden throughout the home, solve the mystery code, and unlock the treasure chest at the end of the adventure. The successful treasure hunter gets to keep a special surprise as a souvenir of their beach vacation.

It’s a fun, family-friendly activity designed to create lasting memories long after your Disney adventures are over!



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome.

Enjoy seamless entry with:

- Easy self-check-in via secure keypad entry. Personalized instructions will be sent before arrival.

- Complimentary access to all fantastic community amenities, including the resort-style pool, splash pad, fitness center, clubhouse, arcade, mini golf, and more.

- An amenity access card will be provided for entry to the clubhouse and resort facilities. Please return this card upon departure. A $50 replacement fee will apply for lost or unreturned cards, as per community management policy.

- Starter Essentials: We provide a complimentary starter set including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner to get your stay started.

- Linens & Towels: All linens and bath towels are included for your convenience.

- Towel & Linen Policy: Excessive stains (from makeup, oils, self-tanner, hair dye, etc.) or damage to towels and linens may result in a replacement fee: $10 per bath towel or bed linen, and $5 per hand towel or washcloth.



Primary renter must be 25+ years old • No parties or events • No smoking or vaping inside the home • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Only registered guests allowed on property
