Living space

The ground floor opens into a generous, light-filled living area that flows naturally into the kitchen and dining zone - a layout that makes it easy for twelve people to share the same space without getting in each other's way. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected. The converted garage has been transformed into a game room with a foosball table, giving the group a go-to spot for downtime between park days. Step outside and you'll find a private pool with a furnished patio - a genuine retreat for warm afternoons and easy evenings under the Florida sky. Upstairs, a second living area overlooks the main floor, keeping the home feeling open and connected across both levels.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to twelve guests across five bedrooms. On the ground floor, a king master suite comes with its own ensuite bathroom, alongside a queen bedroom served by a shared bathroom. Upstairs, a second king master suite includes a private ensuite. The Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom and the Harry Potter-themed bedroom each feature twin beds and share two additional bathrooms between them. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and quality bed linens are standard throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles group-scale cooking without a second thought. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Coffee drinkers will appreciate the coffee maker and hot water kettle. Wine glasses, a blender, and a toaster round out a well-stocked setup. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and a high chair is available for little ones.



Bathrooms

All five bathrooms are private and well-appointed, with hot water, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel provided. Bathtub access is available in the home. Towels and toilet paper are included as standard.



Resort amenities

Guests at Champions Gate have access to the Oasis Club - the community's private resort complex. Expect a lagoon-style pool, a lazy river, waterslides, a kids' splash zone, poolside cabanas, a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, and sports courts. It's a full resort experience a short walk from your front door, ideal for the days you want to stay close to home rather than drive to the parks.



Location

Champions Gate sits within easy reach of Orlando's biggest draws. Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away - around 20 to 25 minutes by car. Epcot is roughly 14 miles out, Disney Springs around 13. Universal Orlando Resort and Universal's Volcano Bay are both approximately 21 miles away, with drive times in the 35 to 40-minute range. Legoland Florida is about 25 miles out. Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away, around 35 to 45 minutes depending on traffic.



Good to know

The home is stocked with an initial supply of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that pool heat comes at extra cost of $35 per day, for the entire stay. We need at least a 48-72 hour notice in order to be able to turn on the heater timely.
