Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can enjoy the grill for $50 during your stay and you can request to have The Pool/ hot tub heating , available for $70 every five days. Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat . Many of our homes such as this one come with a complimentary grill that is available for use. Many of our homes are pet friendly, but this one is NOT PET FRENDLY. , A pet fee of $500 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.
