Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa at Windsor resort. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Optional add-ons for your stay: Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat . If your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Wonderful place!!! Although we didn’t use them, it’s awesome that they offer strollers and even a toddler bedside rail if you need it!! Amazing staff at the front gates as well! Absolutely would stay here again!

Lovely place / wonderful stay

The unit was spectacular - just as described and pictured. The pool was a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. You could see the Magic Kingdom at night from our back windows. Perfect for our pet. He was welcome all over the property. We would highly recommend to anyone.

The house is very nice. Showers were amazing. Really enjoyed having a private pool. The clubhouse was fun for everyone. Short ride to anywhere you could possibly want to go.

Family Time Together

We came for Run Disney and stayed a few days to visit Disney parks. Great location, close to everything we needed. Definitely go to Twisty Treats down the street for ice cream. Not a lot of kitchen items: cookware, pots, pans, for cooking a meal. We had a great time and loved the layout of the house and it provided us with the space that we needed.

Davenport stay

The place was wonderful for my family of 4. There was plenty of space and the amenities of the clubhouse were amazing. My kids (5,2) really loved the pool. There was a cold front while we were there and the heated pool really came in handy. I didn’t think we would really use it, but we ended up using it more than the clubhouse. I would definitely rent this again.

Great for large family

Very clean and well kept property, and a fun theme for the Disney area. Communication was great, including fast responses when we had small challenge with the door lock arriving on a Friday night. The clubhouse and pool area are fantastic amenities and kids loved the splash pad / slides were perfect for toddlers and lazy river great for adults. Would definitely stay again.

My son and I came down for a weekend of Disney. We had a fantastic stay. The place was super clean and every was comfortable. You are only about 25 min drive from Disney. There is a Starbucks just a 2 min drive from the property. The pool was heated per our request and the water was nice and warm. I’d estimate around 82F We would highly recommend

Property is exactly as described, clean ,comfortable and located near everything, club house was crowded as it was spring break but overall great, the only suggestion I would make is, including fans, being that the air has to stay at 70 degrees fans would top it off. there are no ceiling fans at all in this location so at night it was poor air circulation.

Beautiful House!

We just got back from 5 nights at the wonderful house. It is very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were even comfortable! We particularly enjoyed the nice warm backyard pool (we paid for heating). The neighborhood was quiet and has a nice clubhouse/pool/lazy river. The gate guards are not friendly at all, neither are the resort staff but that has zero to do with this home and the wonderful staff that manage the property. I had to email a few times with questions and the management company is very quick to respond. Perfect stay.

Family trip

Our overall stay was great. However, we do have suggestions for improvements. There really was the bare minimum in the house. The shower leaked, but there were no shower mats and signs to not use their to wipe the floors. There were no door mats. So in/out from pool area gets messy. There were no oven mitts or barbecue utensils. An ironing board or hairdryer would also be welcomed. The resort itself was fun, our kids really enjoyed the free arcade/basketball courts and pool.

Relaxing family getaway

The house was clean, inviting, spacious and perfectly located near the resort amenities. The home kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenitities one would need. Plenty of room throughout the house and pool deck. The pool heat was well worth it in January. It heated up to a very comfortable temperature. Lots of privacy around the pool as well. Lots of parking out front. The resort amenities were enjoyed by all. Everything from the zero entry pool, lazy river (well landscaped around it and longer then it looks on google maps), water slides, hot tub, arcade (free) and mini golf (free). The resort was clean and the staff were pleasent. Again the pool and river were well heated. We had one issue during our stay and IHM was very quick at seamlessly resolving the problem. Thanks for a great week and we will start our next vacation search with IHM.
