Great Place and Location
This property is located in a nice part of downtown Orlando. Like any downtown place, you always aren’t sure how safe an area might be. This house however is not only on a safe area but also close to a lot of great downtown eateries. It’s also very conveniently located from the highways. The place itself had great features that were updated and it was clean. There’s a nice cute little park nearby. The host was great and very attentive! Would stay here again!!!

Great location and host
Great location and the host was super helpful and communicative when we requested assistance with the tv. The property is older, but it was well-stocked and was clean when we arrived.

Great pet friendly property!
My husband and I came to Orlando to spend Thanksgiving with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean and well equipped. It had two parking spaces and was very easy to enter. Alexander, the property owner, was also very responsive. Hands down the best thing about the house is that it is pet friendly!! It is so hard to find pet friendly properties to rent and I so appreciate this.

Wonderful!
My daughter and I had the most amazing time in Orlando! Alex’s rental was perfect! Loved the location to downtown and Lake Eola! Lots of wonderful restaurants close by! Alex was super helpful! The rental was spotless! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in! Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

You could easily stay here for a month. It's very accommodating and sits in a leafy neighborhood near cafes, restaurants, groceries and Lake Eola. (Walkable for me, but not for my husband who uses a cane). The Sunday Farmer's Market is like a small festival. The unit is not fancy, but has everything you need and would be a nice place invite friends for dinner.
