Accommodating up to 12 guests, the property combines a private pool and spa, game room, flexible bedroom layout, and Solterra's lazy river and waterslides with one of the home's biggest advantages—a backyard overlooking conservation with no rear neighbors.



Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's pool area, the screened pool and lanai back directly to a conservation area, creating a more private and relaxing outdoor setting. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by natural Florida scenery, spend the afternoon swimming, or return from the theme parks and unwind beside the water.



The northeast-facing pool, spacious pool deck, and screened lanai provide plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. Comfortable patio furniture gives your group a place to relax between swims or spend evenings together after another day exploring Central Florida.



The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



When it's time for some friendly competition, head to the private game room featuring a pool table and air hockey. It's a convenient entertainment option for kids and adults during evenings at home, relaxing resort days, or Florida's occasional rainy afternoons.

RESORT ACCESS FEE



Solterra Resort charges an amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment is made directly at the clubhouse during your stay using a credit or debit card.
