The room had a serious bleach smell. I walked across the floor barefoot and the floor was sticky and dirty. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood and it was too far from my venue

Stayed 5 nights, 1st room tv didn't work but should have stayed there. Second room had a couple of roaches try to walk out of the fridge, plus I'm still waiting for them to clean the room after 2 days but too late I left!

Really sad, no breakfast, no pool, no tv working. I stayed Tuesday to Wednesday and the lady said there’s no breakfast until Saturday. Tv not working, pool closed, door really hard to open and close.

The hotel was OK pretty standard, but my problem was the first room I went into the remote did not work on the TV and they moved my room, then the second room the dresser door came off and hit me in the head because there were no bolts in it. the best thing about the hotel was the food truck across the street and they made me put down a $100 deposit that I was told would take 7 to 10 business days to get back which is crazy. It’s like they’re flipping money there are other options in Altamonte. I think I will go there.

When I first arrived at 630 pm, they told a guest that had prepaid that they cancelled the reservation because they were oversold and said they had to call Expedia and figure out their lodging. When it was my term they told me my room and been cancelled and they thought they called me and then said it wasn’t cancelled. I got to the room. It was 61-degrees on the room. I went to ask for blankets because none were on the beds, just sheets. They said they didn’t have any. Around 10 pm I noticed empty rooms with blankets. They the. Went and got me a blanket from one of the rooms. When I went to use the shower, there were no wash clothes but a very dirty one on the shower rod. I went to use the microwave the next morning and the microwave was extremely dirty, like it had not been cleaned in weeks with food spattered in it all over. This hotel was disgusting. The hotel cleaning staff needs to be fired or retrained.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’m 58 years. The duvet didn’t have a cover but it had cigarette burns although this was meant to be a non smoking room. The floor was dirty and sticky so had to wear sliders all the time. Handles missing on the drawers. Wardrobe had 4 hangers and 1 of those was broken. Only 1 bulb out of 6 in the bathroom worked. Shower control was falling apart and the bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. AC was so noisy that I had to turn it off. Socket next to window didn’t work. Breakfast was orange juice, milk and cereal. Noise constantly coming from people hanging about outside at all times, car horns and loud engines in to the early hours and then again early in the morning. I think this was because of construction workers stay at the hotel and also prostitution. I’ve looked at other reviews since my stay and the reply from the hotel is genetic so they have completely no respect to the paying guests.

What I dislike about this property is that it was not fully clean. I had asked for an upgrade and got automatically declined. The beds were awful. The bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet paper holder was broken. My room was in front of the ice machine and it was super loud, I had lack of sleep. The noise level I would rate it high because you can hear everything inside the room. I would never go back to this property. I wish I can get a full refund because this was a very low expectation and not good experience.

Check in was terrible - staff was unprofessional. Wanted to go home and let everyone know. Room was disgusting!!! Shower knob was broken off and so many other issues. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1. It was that bad!!!!!!

Staff was attentive and did their jobs. No TV controller in room. No phone in room. Walked back to office and front desk took one of TV controllers from another room. It didn’t work. Neither did TV without controller. Went to bed. Empty beer can left in trash from previous guest. The room was affordable.

I reserved a room 3 weeks in advance. I get there at 10pm to check in and they tell me that they are out of rooms. When I ask how that’s possible when I made a reservation I was told it was first come first serve. Kind of takes away the whole point of a reservation

The room was dirty. There were holes in the curtains on a flimsy rod. They did not clean the room everyday as advertised and we were only told that after I called to inquire. The tv did not work. The maintenance guy was very nice when he came the first time but after a power surge no one came. We figured out how to get it back on before the Superbowl started. Then two minutes before the end of the game it went out again for about a minute, I had to look up a station on YouTube to hear the game while it was out. There was a guy outside begging for money when we first arrived on the second morning I was a breakfast and he snuck in to the breakfast room when the staff was out doing things in the back. One morning around 2am a couple was arguing and fighting all up and down the stairs for a good 15 minutes, I’m just happy no one had a gun. The lobby was very pretty but the rest leaves a lot to be desired!

It was horrible. The first room had a roach in the fridge and a big crawling on the sheets. Then I got another room. The remote didn’t work, I changed the batteries out and it still didn’t work. Someone in the hotel remote wasn’t working for their tv either. The cable went out on day 3 of being here, so no cable the internet went out shortly after. It was sketchy, there were ppl arguing outside of my room over a product and someone wanted their money back. It was a horrible experience, I called corporate and they did NOTHING. The towels were black and stained before I even used them. No I didn’t I went and bought some. NEVER again

This was a roach motel, I will never stay there again. It also took an hour to check in as they were understaffed, and the worst part was they did not have breakfast, even though they normally do. Their excuse was that the new owner didn't renew the contract with their supplier. Quite pathetic.
