Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. We were there with a large group. Its important to note that only 2 bedrooms have (2) twin beds and another one has a bunk bed with a pull out under the bottom bunk. The other beds are all queen or king.

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms

Very nicely decorated, could have use a cockpot and grill. We had a group of 17, (5 families), provided our group with our own privacy. Nice pool and hot tub. Would definitely book this place again if we revisit the Area. Lots of activity like pool table, Foosball and air hockey. We had a great time

The house was AMAZING

Nice place!

The property was very nice!! There was ample room for all 17 of us! We stayed with 8 adults and 9 children (ages 14-infant) The pool was wonderful and even though your right next to neighbors, we could hardly hear them. Great location. We did have one question go unanswered about parking in the garage bc there definitely wasn't room for r vehicles on the driveway, and they never got back to us. Other than that, good communication.

Good But Could Have Been Better!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was good at this particular villa although there were far too many hidden costs... heat the pool, added cost... heat the hot tub, added cost... gas BBQ, another cost... limited accessibility to popular TV channels throughout all the TV's in the villa... we had to pay for our own TV subscription to watch a football game... limited towels in all guest bedrooms! When we did agree to pay to have the pool and hot tub heated, the water was luke warm at best! Again, good experience but could have been better!

Best location for a family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had an amazing vacation and this rental house was one of the main reasons. With 9 people, the size was more than enough especially having 6 bathrooms. We all loved playing pool and foosball after hanging out at the resort pool. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals- it felt like home (especially the crepe skillet!) The backyard pool and spa was nice and warm making it useable in the early morning which was fun for the kids. This is our second time to Windsor Island Resort and renting with Blue Sky Villas. The resort is very fun and this house is a five minute walk to basketball, volleyball and the big pool area. Blue Sky is fantastic, friendly and helpful - their properties have been great! We also love the area in Davenport. We don’t do Disney even though it’s close by but instead visit the Seaworld parks that are much more affordable and less busy. We also enjoy Sunset Walk at Margaritaville just 15 minutes away. Disney Springs is close too but much more hectic. This home is absolutely our favorite and the service and location cannot be beat!

Loved the home

Below are the pros and cons for this property and this is strictly my opinion.Pros-Very clean and nice.-Ninja brand appliances -The patio with a pool was very comfy.-Good size bedrooms -Located close to a lot of places-Lots of towels and washcloths provided-Keypad was a great idea-Very spacious home-Kid friendly! Kept them entertained!-A lot of thought and attention to detail was put into this home for the guests. Cons-Walked into the home and I immediately found myself killing knats but it is Florida.-Community had a guard and all adults had to show their id and I had to get an entry pass. We had to wait in this line for around 30 minutes.-All bathrooms are allowed one roll of toilet paper and it was the smallest roll I have ever seen. We had to buy more for our group of 12 people. -2 dishwasher pods were provided for our stay. We had to buy more.-2 trash bags were provided then we had to buy more of those.-8am you see a man walk through the patio. Scared me! It was the pool guy. I recommend waiting until guests have left.Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful home. This home would not be ideal for those flying in but we drove and were able to put all the extras we had to purchase seperately in our vehicles.

A Dream Come True

However this house was definitely a five star rating it was conveniently located near shopping centers and all amusement parks. This house was amazingly designed for any age group absolutely gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this rental home and property.

Christmas gathering

This facility is located in a resort, which can be extremely busy. Lengthy check in, over 30 mins at gate. ID for each guest over 18 is required , this is after a request ahead of time for every persons name to be documented with accommodation. Otherwise denied entry. The house is as described. It is nicely decorated, spacious. The issues were, for the 8 days and 11 people we had, there was the tiniest shampoo/conditioner, soap smaller than my thumb, in each bathroom. Yes, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, the smallest roll I have ever seen. We had a towel per person, no towels for pool. No kitchen towels, and the tiniest kitchen soap. Yes it states there are supplies but the smallest amounts and I would have figured that for the length of stay , they may have give a bit more. No spices, salt, pepper, foil, wrap. Kitchen had ample cooktop pots but very little bakeware. Plenty of plates but barely enough flatware. No serving dishes. At booking it stated 5 cars allowed, then a month before it went to 4, at check in it was only possible for 3 small vehicles. We were woken at 7 one morning because we parked on street. The garage is off limits, it’s padlocked. For check out, be very sure all garbage is in a specified 13 gal. Garbage bag, otherwise they will not pick up. Fine imposed, we were sure to bag everything. We were also asked to start a load of towels upon leaving if possible. This said, it is a nice rental, but be ready for needed supplies and requests.
