BSV2011: This 2021-built 8 BR, 6 BA villa in Windsor Island Resort has a maximum occupancy of 17 guests. The upstairs loft includes a pool table and seating area. Resort-style amenities and proximity to attractions make this an ideal vacation home.

(Disclaimer: the heater is a heat exchanger that relies on ambient air temperature to heat the water. During the winter when the outdoor temp is below 50ºF, it may not effectively heat/reach full temp as the ambient air temp is too low)
