Located in a quite gated community just off 192 in Kissimmee. It has 1797 sq. ft of living space, rear lakeview and an attached garage.

Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

- Master king Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 32' LCD flat screen TV with DVD.
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and 32' LCD flat TV.
- Third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and, trundle bed.

The property is as pictured. The condo was clean and the condo complex was quiet. Just as others have reviewed, Alfredo is very quick to respond and seems happy to help you, should have any needs or concerns. I found the condo location within good distance to any attractions or restaurants you would want to visit. We would stay here again for sure.

This townhouse was very clean and spacious we had 5 adults stay, but we could have fit 6 comfortably. The host was very helpful with answering my questions and check-in was very simple and easy.

Wedding Stay

The home was super clean, and very nicely furnished and decorated. It was spacious and suited our family of five very well for our two-week stay. We loved the view of the pond and the ducks in the backyard Alfredo responded to our messages promptly. The only issue we had was a problem with the internet connection, or the lack of it for almost a week.
