I booked a room here online and when I got to the window to check in I stood outside knocking on the window yelling for assistance and calling the business number and nobody came for almost 20 minutes...the lady at the desk took just as long to scan my id and give me my key. Had a incredibly hard time finding my room and I seen 2 whole sections of 2nd story walkway boarded off with caution tape and plywood to prevent anyone from more then likely falling through their unsafe paths. No elevators, probably wouldn't have trusted them anyway and there was a squished cockroach still stuck to the wall.... And 1 electric outlet by the sink in the bathroom to charge your devices. 1 of the worst hotels I've ever been to lol. Good thing the lady forgot to charge me a deposit or I would have had to wait 8-10 business days for the 100$ to be deposited back into my account. stay away ppl. There are nicer hotels in this area.

Stayed here for a night and this place is terrible Absolutely filthy place with what looks like drug dealers hanging around outside I felt completely unsafe staying here On top of that they took my card for the security depositnwhich was fine but then they charged me 2 different charges for no reason at all They refunded one of the charges but not the other one and i ended up having to dispute it through my bank because the hotel said they refunded me but didnt then they blamed my bank. I would suggest to anyome who is looking to stay here to pay the extra money for a different place ..trust me its worth it

There was no blanket, only two sheets. There is no insulation in the front of the room, so you hear everything. If there is one person in the pool, you will hear it. If there are many, its annoying.

The supposely hotel and room is dirty and filthy. The room was dirty and moldy. Mold and dust all over. As soon as I entered the room I started to sneeze especially the fact that I am asthmatic.This place is also not a safe place. This Place should not be advertise as a hotel or on any web page.

Had a reservation was supposed to pay at the property and they took money out for the stay. Then when we got there was told they had NO rooms an hour and half later finally got a room across the street.

The property is absolutely disgusting. Check-in took an hour with only 6 people in the lobby and 2 ladies to check everyone in. I will be posting other reviews with pictures. There were empty rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. No toilet paper to be found. Half used open shampoo. An unclean and visibly soiled toilet. The bathtub was dirty and the sink was no different. Used soap and dirty everything. For $97 this is an absolute misery. I will never be staying here again and the only reason I stood was because I already spent the money and the $100 security deposit was taken from my account. I am absolutely disgusted and I will be sharing reviews on every platform including the Better Business Bureau. I am going to be contacting the company for a full refund. This is unacceptable.

Our room was not cleanly. There were multiple holes in the walls, paint peeling on all of the walls, burn holes in the lamp shade and the bedding, no remote, broken light switches or hooks, no trash can. No where when booking did the policy indicate a deposit fee was going to be held or a fee for using the internet. Very disappointed with our stay.

under going remodeling, a slow remodeling. The room didn't have a remote. I asked for a remote. They brought a remote while I was at dinner. You'd think they would make sure the remote would operate the tv. Well this dude's light may have been on, but nobody was home. The pool looked good though.

Front desk staff was friendly,when they were available. Booked 2 kings pool view. Was given 2 doubles on back side. Front desk changes rooms when asked. The bed in the second room was comfortable. Very noisy outdoors but it was new Year's eve.
