New Dream & Adventure Vacation Villa:

Our vacation villa has been completely remodeled, decorated and is newly furnished and newly equipped, Including a 55 In. 3D TV in the living room, high speed internet, WI-Fi access and free long distance calls to anywhere in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real succes. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied, our objective is to provide you with a home away from home accommodation.

The Paradise adventure Vacation Villa, part of the Ashley Manor Community, is situated at the end of a crescent street and adjacent to a conservation area.

As a result you will get stunning views of the pond, and while relaxing in the pool, you will be surrounded with abundant tropical nature and still you are 5 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants and less than 15 minutes to Disney’s main entrance.

Villa layout details: Kitchen is very well equipped and has stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area. There is enough space for everybody to dine together.

There are 5 bedrooms: Africa Master bedroom with a king size bed is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs; Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms have queen size beds. Both children's, Toy Story and our choose your layout Pirates/Princesses Frozen bedrooms have twins size beds. 2 full bathrooms with his and hers washbasin upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.

In the living room, You will enjoy a 7 foot pool table. You also will enjoy Air hockey and foosball in our large gameroom .

Our objective is that the adventure theme will enhance everybody’s experience, and we hope that the Paradise and Adventure Villa will be a part of your most memorable vacations.

It was a great place for our family vacation. The pool was great! The house was clean. The location was great! The neighborhood was ok, there were a lot of cars parked on the road and at times it was hard to get around. It would have been nice if the owners would have warned us that the pool cleaner and the lawn care company were scheduled to come. Even with that, We had a great vacation!

This property was everything we needed for our 1st disney vacation. The themed rooms were such a big hit with my daughters 9 and 11. We were 25 mins to all the parks with out traffic. We were all very happy with the villa, the children especially with the themes, air hockey, pool table and swimming pool. They also were quite entertained by the local wildlife. We all found it was everything we asked for and more that none of us have anu issues coming back to this same villa for maybe another Orlando trip in the future.

Perfect for young children

This property was perfect for our Disney vacation needs. The bedrooms were amazingly themed, 3 full baths, around the corner from a grocery store and several restaurants , on a quiet street and a beautiful screened in pool. Felt like a home rather than a shell being rented. All the streaming services were already logged in with a guest account to use ready to go! Great house for vacation

This was a great house for our vacation. It was very spacious. there were plenty of things to do at the house to keep the children entertained. They seemed to want to be at the house more than they wanted to do the things that we had planned. It is in a great location In the middle of all the attractions. The owners were great on getting back with us when we had any questions about the property. Will definitely be wanting to return.
