The house was clean and roomy! No complaints at all. There was some trash around the house, major raccoon issues in the neighborhood. Some trash around the pool on the property. The host was very responsive. Let us know when maintenence was arriving to work on appliances. We did request the pool heater but it didn't seem to make a difference, it was like it was on a timer and only turned on certain times of the day. The house would be great for families. I used this for a work trip where everyone was able to have their own room bathroom and shower. The master bath shower was awesome! Great temp control and pressure. The second bedroom and bathroom on main floor did not have good access to hot water. It was cold. All others did though! The arcade room was awesome as well as the theater room. We did need to run to the store for coffee filters paper towels and garbage bags. Thankfully it's located right by several stores.
