We went as 4 families and the house inside was perfect for us all. It is very spacious so you can all have some space if you want it. The cinema room is great and the kids loved the pool. Plenty of beds and TVs for all, plus good internet speeds for the kids to watch their YouTube videos.
The only issue we really had was with inconsiderate neighbours. The houses are crammed in a bit so there is not much privacy in the pool area, as there are other neighbouring pools close by. And one house just about opposite from us seemed to think we wanted to hear their music being blasted out from their pool area for most of the day and well into the evening. When surprisingly enough, as 4 families with kids, we did not and quite fancied the occasional chance to sit by the pool in relative peace and go to sleep at a sensible hour without having to suffer their music. Which we could not do. Several residents of the other houses told them to turn it down, which they mostly ignored. And after a week of having to suffer the music being blasted out it got a bit wearing. There was no on site security to help and we were advised to call the police. But apparently the noise curfew is 2 am, so there was little we could do unless they broke that.
Of course the noisy neighbours is no reflection on the quality of the house itself which was very good. The location of the development is close to the parks, although in the morning there are many housing developments of holidaymakers all trying to get onto the I4 at the same junction, which can cause a bit of a jam. But we were there at prime Spring break/Easter holidays so we saw it at its very busiest. There are supermarkets near by and the big on site pool area is great if you want to chill out there.
So a great house, and with slightly more considerate neighbours, it is ideal.
