The reality of the quality of this property is a direct contrast of the pictures provided in the advertisement. The property was not clean, hanging light fixtures exposing hard electrical wires, over a 6 foot section of the screened in pool area. Considering we reported the presence of a 15 pound unhealthy raccoon in the area, one would think the screen issue would be corrected immediately…nope, wasn’t fixed until after half of our stay was over. We reported to the host the first day in the property that we had young grandchildren with us. Still, no action.Our TV in the main living area never worked for the entire stay. Two other TV’s in the upstairs bedrooms also weren’t working properly.After numerous communication attempts with the hosts, we only received empty, unfulfilled promises. We were told by the host that they were done talking with us, and we had to work through VRBO. Now, we found out by VRBO that the host is not responding to their correspondence. If I could give a negative rating for this host, I would.
