    Located in the upscale Dr. Philipps area of Orlando, right in the middle of the 3 main Theme Parks - Disney, Universal, and Sea World.

    Our Lakefront Villa offers the comforts of your own home as a preferred alternative to a hotel room and lets you live in your own 2-story garden-style townhouse. Tastefully decorated with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, 3 queen-size beds that sleep 6 comfortably, a Patio facing the Lake, a covered Balcony, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishware, cookware. The property was very nice. Beds were comfortable, good natural light in the place and a nice view of the lake. Easy to get to Disney without having to use I-4. Easy check-in and out. Close to shopping and restsurants. Very happy with our stay.

My cat and I spend 6 weeks near family.

I enjoyed the convenient location. It is close to everything. The night time fireworks across Sand Lake were impressive. Gloria quickly answered questions and satisfied some requests I had. She is working to update the apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We definitely will use this rental property. The host was quick to respond. The property was close to several attractions and shopping centers. Only drawback was the construction lead to very congested at times.

The communication with the owner day of check in was horrible. Had no response regarding location and how to access key until 10min prior to check in. The place wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it. Not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The bed in master bedroom’s box spring sags in the middle. One of my worst VRBO experiences

Only decent for a pet-friendly property

After struggling to find a hotel that would allow my dog (65 lbs bully), I found this property. As others mention, the furniture and appliances are dated. However, it’s a pet-friendly unit, so I can’t complain. The bathrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was good and water hot. There’s a loop around the complex with pet stations that was perfect for walking the dog. Less than 15 minutes from Universal Studios with lots of grocery and food options nearby. When we arrived, the internet wasn’t working. Despite the late hour, the host did respond quickly to try and help us fix the issue. When restarting the router, didn’t work, they called a tech the next day and fixed it. Now the negatives. I went with a VRBO so that we had a kitchen. But the stove and oven were unusable and no baking supplies provided. The aluminum foil that lined the inside had caught the mess of previous occupants but hadn’t been changed in forever. Plus no oven mitts or pot holders. Toaster oven somehow burned and undercooked our biscuits. There were also only 2 burners on the stove that worked, and only on high. Tried to heat water for tea using the coffee maker. Even after cleaning the filter basket and running it twice, the water was dirty. Overall, I think if I had planned better, I would’ve gone with a hotel. I would’ve had access to the same (working) appliances and it would’ve been a bit nicer for a similar price. However, this location served its purpose.

Gloria was terrific, condo was fine, we were on business at the Convention Center and the location was excellent - close to everything - if you're planning on a business trip and not looking for being at the condo for anything more than a place to stay and feel safe - and very low price - I'd do it again - thanks

if ur looking to just sleep and not cook then you are good.

The overall of the house was nice for the beds and heads for what we needed. The view of the sunset was amazing as well. We were there for my daughter Allstar Worlds Cheer Comp so with that being said we were also looking for the accommodations of all working appliances at which we could not use the oven there was a toaster over but that was not stated that we did not have a non working oven. And aim sorry if i am paying all this money to stay somewhere for 9 days i should be able to have working appliances and i should not have to supply my own toilet paper as well..js

The location is beautiful, but the property was being painted during our stay. The windows were covered, and the balcony was unavailable due to it being taped off. The stove was broken, wall fixtures fell off, the door handle was not attached, the sliding door didn't slide, the back patio was missing furniture, a light fixture and the furniture that was there was broken and unstable. The rental manager was contacting me at 3am and there was also a robbery on property during our stay as well (the neighboring units motorcycle was stolen from the parking space next to ours) It did not make us feel safe, thankfully we were leaving the next morning.

Always use this property when we travel to the Kissimmee area for work. Property is dated and could be brought up to date but is safe and reliable. Feedback for Gloria- please make sure all light fixtures have bulbs and lamps work. The master bedroom had no working lights in it which made for a challenging pack up at 0 dark thirty trying to leave.

Black mold dirty sheets dirty room showers barely workedall around gross. Picture did not match the actual room.Out door old patio furniture was not in any room pics. Stained beds and floors.Work friend would not stay 1 night in that place he left and got a room else whare. totally embarrassed me.

Found dead roaches on the bedroom, kitchen was tiny. Didn't like that the curtains did not close all the way or cover the entire back glass door/window and we could be seen in the home. Looks more like an efficiency. Where the key is place is not safe either
