Wonderful host and a great experience! I’ve been on many vacations, and this was one of the best. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.My kids absolutely loved the water park in the community—I think they went every single day! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great time and enjoy a stress-free vacation with a responsive and attentive host. We would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo property! The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The house itself was very spacious—perfect for our extended family—with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.The pool was a big hit and definitely a highlight of our trip. We also really appreciated the central location, making it easy to get to both Universal Studios and Disney without hassle.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely consider booking this home again for a future family vacation. Great Family Vacation

This property and the host were simply amazing! Communication was consistent and the process of checking in and out was seamless. The property was very spacious and clean upon arrival, and the kids LOVED the water park at the resort. We would definitely visit again.

We have tried different places each year and really liked this location. It was a fun club house. It was close to grocery stores and shopping needs. Enjoyed the house. Good sized for our group of 16.

Awesome place

This was overall an amazing place to stay. With the Florida weather dropping, I contacted the owner about the heating of the pool and he adjusted the temperature with no questions asked. Loved every bit of this house and everyone enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights. We had a great time. The kids loved the upstairs game area. The pool/hot tub was one of the best we have had. Owner was very good at replying to all communication. Second time we have stayed at this resort. This time was the best experience we had.

House was great, we were 10 adults with 5 children from 10 to 3.Size was amazing,resort really great. A bit far if you want to do parks. Shopping was close.The pool was on the cool side,hot tub terrific. Would recommend for big group

Beautiful house. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Loved that it had a game room and heated pool. Communication with the owner was superb. Very quick response and he made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on our next vacation.

Very Clean and Spacious

It’s a beautiful home! I loved the location. With having teenagers, it was nice to have a Starbucks and Publix nearby for a quick run. The house was very clean.The only complaint I have out of the whole trip is the hot tub was not getting hot like a hot tub is suppose to be. Thank you for your kindness throughout our stay.

The house was great. I would recommend this house to my family and friends who have a large group. We had a few minor questions on arrival and some recommendations that the host fixed and was supportive of the recommendations. Heated pool was well received during a few cooler nights.

Great House/Neighborhood/Resort

The communication with this property owner was amazing before and during our stay. This is my second time staying on the resort and I experienced a different level of hospitality and communication with this owner versus the company owned property. This is a very nice home and was a home away from home for me and my family. We purchased Sea World tickets but between the private pool at the house and water park located on the resort our kids did not want to leave the home and go to SeaWorld.

Sunshine Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house! The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night's sleep. The large outdoor entertaining area was perfect for gatherings and relaxation. We loved spending time in our private pool, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The location was ideal—situated on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the fantastic Windsor Island clubhouse. The kids had a blast with the water slides and the FREE arcade, we also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks available by the poolside. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip! Highly recommend!

Very little to complain about

We had a great time, plenty of room and the host was quick to respond. The neighbors in one of the next door houses were very noisy and loud very late one night. Previous renters had broken the pool sticks, so we couldn't play pool. the kitchen needed towels dishcloths and hot pads. Overall a great place to stay!!

The property was exactly as described on the listing. We had 5 adults and 3 children and everyone had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the community waterpark, mini golf and game room was a big hit with the kids. The communication with the property manager was excellent!A note for future guests would be to bring general kitchen cooking spices, etc. if you plan to prepare meals. The kitchen is full stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc. but you will need to provide all food, condiments, etc. The location was perfect for us. 15-20 minute easy drive to all Disney parks and 5 minutes to grocery stores. If you are on the fence whether to book this property don’t be…you will not be disappointed.

Soccer Weekend

Shared this property with 2 other families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Worked out perfectly. Living room upstairs was a great hang out for the kids. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone. Only things to be aware of is that you are not provided much when it comes to kitchen and bath items and pool/hot tub do not fully heat when outside temp is cold. Other than that, great house.

Amazing stay

This property is even better than the photos. The rooms are all great sizes, everything was very clean and the house had everything you need for your stay. We had a total of 9 people ranging from ages 8 to 17 and 3 adults. We had so much extra space. The owner is also very responsive if you need anything additional. The location is very close to Disney and ESPN. There is a heavy presence of security to get into the neighborhood which was nice so that the resort pool is not overwhelmed with people who aren’t staying there. The private pool was the best part - it was clean, warm and so much fun for both kids and adults. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again next year when we return. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a true getaway, whether it be to simply enjoy the house and private pool or for Disney.
