There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements

***PET POLICY***

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed.

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

This house has a huge driveway to accommodate 4 cars, also overflow is available all around the neighborhood.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
