My home is within driving distance to several restaurants, grocery shops to clothing shops to homeware shops, and so much more. Whether driving or Uber, it won’t cost you much being on road. While Disney is also fairly a close drive (20 mins)for all the families wanting to make this Florida Disney trip. Perfect for weekend getaway, business trips, staycation, work-from-home alternative, family vacation, early next day flight stay - or cozy home base while exploring everything Orlando has to offer. The airport is a 12 minutes drive away.

Although shops are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. This location makes it very compatible for commute.

I have cameras surrounding outside of the property + 1 inside garage + 1 inside back patio. They will stay on during your stay. If you don’t like it, my space is not for you. Violating my camera system by Unplugging or Moving camera direction will be a extra charge of $100 per night per camera.

Any type of smoking inside home will result in a $500 odor clean up fee.

This home does not allow pets - any pets will occur a $500 odor clean up fee including $100 a day your pet is on the premises.

- Check in time starts at noon until any time. If you would like to check in earlier, reach out to me so I could see if I can accommodate you.

- Check out time is 11 AM.

There will be a late check out fee.
If you need a little extra time, reach out to me as far in advance as you can and see if I can accommodate you. If you did not reach out to me prior to check out time, guests checking out after 11am will be charged $40 per hour they overstay in this home.
