This wonderful town home will comfortably accommodate your families vacation needs. Located 7 miles from Disney, and not far from other parks.

The town home is located in a gated community with a short walk to the pool, tennis courts, and club house with small gym. Town home has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes full bathroom and king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. sleeps 6 comfortably. Parking in front for 2 vehicles. Please note, if the car is covering the sidewalk. The HOA might tow your car, I try to keep the bushes trimmed back so you can pull in a far as you can.

Washer and dryer, full kitchen with Utensils. Smart TV's with Netflix's.

The downstairs TV has an XBox 360 with games, please keep in mind the games are from my teen's own collection and may not be suitable for everyone.

Easy to walk the dogs on the sidewalk just outside the porch around the pond. Place is clean and close to Disney, restaurants, and stores. This is the second time we stay here and would stay again if we are coming to the area.

Perfect Disney stay for family

This is the perfect Disney stay for a family. Everyone has their own rooms, multiple bathrooms, and located in a nice area. Only 15-20 minutes to Disney. Much better than staying in a hotel if you have a family.

Home away from home

Our stay was amazing. There was a small hiccup at the beginning of our stay, but the host was quick to address it and it was dealt with immediately. The house was large enough for all of us and everything we needed was onsite. There is a pool and gum available to guests, and the neighbourhood was safe ( gared community)

Great Experience

We had an amazing stay at Jeremy’s property! The check-in/check out process was super easy and we were all amazed when we walked in and saw how spacious everything was! The rooms had fun themes and we had plenty of kitchen items that we could use. It was a super convenient location to Disney and Sea World. The neighborhood was very nice and felt incredibly safe.

Great stay near many tourists locations

This is one of my more enjoyable stays. The townhouse is spacious, clean and comfy. My friend and I visited for a wedding and was able to come and go easily, the beds were large and firm (king and queen beds that is), and the showers were great. It is near great spots to visit from Disney for families to World Food Trucks for foodies. Equally important is the host, Jeremy, was friendly and communicated clearly and quickly for any questions we had about the location. We hope to stay here again when coming back to visit family and friends.

Nice property

we were visiting to attend the wedding. it is very close to Disney parks. Great property, safe neighborhood. Only thing that needs attention is cooling down stairs. It was freezing.

Great time!

The home was clean and beds comfortable. Beautiful view of the pond out back and nice area to walk my dogs. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Took about 25min to get to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. My family enjoyed the home and time in Kissimmee. We will definitely go back if in the area again.

Home was clean and bright with lots of windows. Good location. Not that all 3 bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to you. We did just fine. I would stay here again.

Very Homey!

This place is perfect for a family. We were here attending a cheer competition and visiting Disney, so we do not stay a lot inside But there was plenty of room for everyone. The Towels were plentiful and that is an awesome thing to have when you have children. There was an Xbox that we did not use but was awesome to know it was available. We definitely will be back.

Great location great price

Location location location (10 mins to disney), really nice neighborhood and communication with the manager was excellent and made sure we were ok during our stay. The house is a gem, at a solid location, but it does need some love to ensure guests are comfortable. AC on the second floor needs extra time to cool down, and all doors a bit of oil so they dont crack or make noise late at night. Overall we had a good time and got some rest after a long day at the parks.

Nice Stay!

Property was great all in all! Safe and a good location to Universal. However, when we arrived there were quite a few boxes outside the door. The owner informed us that he ran out of supplies, and asked us to bring them in and put them away. We did oblige mostly, as it wasn’t a major inconvenience, but still not expect from a place you are staying on vacay. The only other discrepancy at that time was many of the amenities stated provided in the kitchen were not provided. Owner seemed to be a great guy!

Disney trip

The condo was clean, nice and it would have been a great stay, but the shower in the master bathroom had a leak so we couldn't use it for one night; which meant 4 adults had to share one bathroom after a long day at Disney. Definitely not an ideal situation. The repair man came while we were there to try and put a temporary fix on it; which he was able to do the next day. One of the main reasons we chose the condo was the fact that it had two bathrooms and when we were not able to use one of them during our stay really made our overall experience go from "great" to "okay".
