Welcome to Windsor Hills Resort and this luxurious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2,812 sq. ft. rental home located near the theme parks in Orlando, Florida. This rental home has attained the prestigious "Grand" status for having an upgraded professional furniture package. This vacation rental home has all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in,with plenty of seating for everyone to dine together. When it s time to relax, there is plenty of room to lounge and watch movies, play in the homes Game Room or just gather to share the stories of the day. The benefits of having your own private bedroom is sure to please all while having multiple bathrooms will ensure that all can get ready for the day at their own pace. The East facing pool is sure to provide hours of entertainment as there is no better place to enjoy fun-in-the-sun than Orlando. There is also a washer and dryer and free wireless high-speed internet for your convenience.

Welcome to the fabulous Windsor Hills Resort. This spectacular gated community is located in Kissimmee Florida and just moments from the main entrance to Walt Disney World. The amenities in this resort offers tons of activities for the whole family. Fun awaits at the massive lagoon style pool which features which features a hot tub and a water slide the kids will love. The resort features every type of outdoor activities once could imagine. You have a children s playground, volleyball court, basketball courts, tennis courts, videos arcade, and a billiards. There is also a movie theater which features complimentary family friendly films in the clubhouse. If you would like to get in some exercise on your vacation, take advantage of the state of the art fitness center. Fantastic house

House was wonderful. We loved that each room had a theme. Plenty of space to spread out. Close to the parks. So much to do inside the gated community. Host was wonderful. Would definitely return.

Excellent Vacation and Home

The house was perfect for us, a family of 6 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room, and everyone enjoyed the private pool. In addition, there was a huge community pool with a water park. The community had crafts for the children each day. The house was close to Disney, and allowed children to come home for a nap and then go back to park. Would definitely rent again.

Our stay was amazing. The house is everything and more! The kids loved their themed bedrooms, all the beds were really comfortable. All of the amenities inside the house kept our kids entertained, the pool and hot tub were amazing and the amenities on the property grounds were phenomenal. The host was also great. Communicated with us quickly and made our stay amazing. We will be back!

Cozy and Convenient

Our family stayed here for a week. It was wonderful having the room to spread out and relax. So convenient to the parks. After long days it was nice to come back for a dip in the pool. Well stocked kitchen; plenty of pool towels. Kids loved their themed rooms. Club house pool was really nice. Would recommend to a large family wanting the convenience of Disney Parks and the comfortable home.

Practically Perfect In Every Way

Our family has stayed in Windsor Hills homes for several years now, and this one is definitely the nicest one yet. From the upgrades like granite countertops and LVP flooring to the gorgeous and comfortable furniture choices, this home was practically perfect. Plenty of room for our family, lots of cooking tools, and that gorgeous pool and hot tub. We loved our time here and did not want it to end. In our opinion, this home is the best of Windsor Hills.

Perfect Vacation Home for Disney!

Stayed here with 2 families and the grandparents. The owner gets a standing ovation for communication and really thinking of little details for large families to enjoy their stay. I was impressed with how well stocked the home was. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, bedding, towels. The double washer/dryer are fantastic. We had the pool heated and everyone had a blast. My only negative was that our bed felt very firm but none of the other adults had complaints with that. I found a single mattress topper in the closet so I was able to add a little cushioning to my side (sorry husband!) Location: amazing! Quick drive to the parks, Starbucks drive through along the route! We only had time to use the resort pool the first day, it was wonderful. The waterside area however is not heated and the kids attempted it but it was way too cold this time of year. Anna's communication is superb and most appreciated. Thank you for the memories!

Thank you Anna your house is beautiful and clean everything was perfect all 11 of us had a blast staying at your house we would highly recommend your home to everyone . The pool and hot tub was a big winner for everyone. The house was so close to everything Disney parks, restaurants, grocery stores, Pharmacy’s, everything you could need or want is right there.

If I Could Give 6 Stars I Would

This house did not disappoint! We're frequent VRBOers and have stayed at Windsor Hills for our last few Disney trips, and this is by far the nicest Windsor Hills property we've stayed at. The kitchen was pleasantly stocked, decor beautiful, and the furniture was all very comfortable. The fact that pool heat is included is priceless, as most other properties charge extra. So many thoughtful bonuses with this property (loved the nightlight and motion activated stairlight). Truly a great property and our new favorite! Hope to stay here again! Thank you, Anna, for providing a lovely home for our family vacation!

No barbeque

We were disappointed because the picture in the backyard had a barbeque and there wasn’t one. There was also black on the wall from a barbeque with a sign still up giving instructions for a bbq. When I contacted the owner she said there is no bbq as it wasn’t listed in the amenities. The other problem was there were large toe nail clippings in the pool area which were disgusting. Otherwise the rooms inside the house were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great.

Family Disney Vacation

The house was amazing! Just as it was listed! The rooms were even more magical in person; the artwork stunning! We had our family of 5 with 3 kids (ages 11, 7, 7) and two sets of grandparents (for 9 total). All the adults had plenty of room with big king sized beds, while each of the kiddos selected to stay in their own themed rooms! Plenty of beds for more people! We found the space enjoyable and the private pool and hot tub was just what we needed after long days at the Disney parks. Our only issue was with the AC unit in the game room not working at first, but the owner was super responsive and sent the property manager, who took care of it immediately and was very friendly! We were in love with the house, our stay and appreciated the great communication with the owner who was always responsive to questions!! Thanks for making our multigenerational family vacation a memorable one!

Villa Great, Location now a challenge

Overall, Anna was brilliant, always available and exceptionally responsive, couldn’t ask for a better, informed and assist full host. Issues with prior guests were handled timely and with no impact to us. A family of 7 had plenty of space, 2 children had plenty to be occupied with, the villa itself is very well catered for if you plan to cook, as usual the essentials are their albeit a little aged/used. Whilst the villa had a severe renovation in 2021, a few small areas of the property are showing the villa age underneath. For us, having visited florida some 10x over 30years, the location of the villa/compound and accessing is most likely a reason we would seek a new area, since the Walmart opened, the traffic impact on local roads, especially onto the 192 is horrid, also the security access to the compound needs dragging into the current century, often we would queue to access the property due to the antiquated access system. Overall, if it weren’t for the roads/access we would happily stay here again, it has all anyone needs to enjoy a great stay

Nice house and area

This was a nice house. I loved all the hand painted designs in all the bedrooms and game room. The pool table in the game room was missing some of the balls, which made it hard to play. Also, the bedroom TVs would not connect to the cable streaming device as we were told, which was kind of frustrating. The pool was supposed to be 84 degrees and the hot tub at 104 at all times unless we paid for more heat. Our pool was freezing and was sent a screenshot that it was only 69 degrees. We offered the pay the extra money for the heat but was told the pool heater would never be able to warm the water due to the outside temperature. Again, very frustrating because the kids could not swim. The resort pool was also freezing but the kids enjoyed the splash pad and water slides.

Best Windsor Hills Property

This property was perfect for our family of 5 plus extended family. The property is close to disney property about 10-20 minutes to Disney parks depending on which one you are going to. Walmart is 5 minutes away. We've stayed in Windsor Hills before and found the proximity to attractions to be perfect but this property was far nicer than other homes we've stayed at that had exact same layout. The communication with Anna was extremely quick anytime we needed her, which was just pre-trip questions. We used the house pool often and it was very warm - our weather was in the high 80s all week. We also used the community pool and splash pad one day and it was very nice. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms and garage play area. The neighborhood was quiet. A few tiny details I enjoyed how many luggage stands there were in all the bedrooms and nightlights throughout the house as we traveld with 3 kids under 6 and yes had to get up when it was still dark. Also really appreciated that even the lights switches were labeled. GREAT DETAILS. Lots of kids strollers and 2 high chairs at property. Crib was in good condition but we didn't use. Admittedly we rented a crib and strollers from Kingdom Strollers as we've always used them as we knew exactly what we'd be getting and felt more comfortable. That was our desire and was pre-planned on purpose even though I knew there was equipment available so no knock on the property. As a frequent VRBO renter, i HIGHLY recommend this property.
