Added Fees: •There is a one time $25 fee for a parking and gate pass, to be picked up at the Clubhouse.
•If you wish Pool heating, it is $30 per day. Please let me know a week before you arrive, so we can arrange to turn it on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not put any hot pots or hot items on the kitchen countertop.
The patio barbecue is electric. It is healthier and cleaner. Plug it in and turn the dial to its highest heat. Please unplug it when finished.
