Thanks for staying with us, but not sure why you say the pictures don't accurately depict the home? The house is exactly as picture. 1. We have bunk beds, they are as pictured. You found sand in the bunk bed, we talked with the cleaners but this was after your kids slept in the bed. Is it possible they may have brought them in bed? 2. The house is professional treated monthly. What you saw is a Palmetto bug, they are common in Florida and come in when doors are left open. 3. The house is across the street from Universal Property. Directly across the street. It's a 10 minute walk to the front gate of Universal. The house doesn't have neighbors, just like any home. This is not hidden in the woods. This home is in the middle of the city. 4. AC can be controlled between 70-85 degrees. This is Florida and when AC goes below 70 degrees, the humidity will cause the AC to freeze and shut down. 6. It is literally across the street from Universal. You can see the Universal sign in the back yard.
