The WORST bed bugs on the bed and its itchy, tub was dirty and had to clean it before showering in it, lizards go in the house, sliding door was broken had to get a pole to keep shut, the cleaners barge into the back and force the screen door open outside where hot tub is located. The dishwasher cannot be turned on because the soap and water would spill out from the bottom, the dishwasher also has a horrible smell you have to clean it, pots and pans had to be cleaned upon use due to it being all greasy the fridge barely keeps ur food cold and the drinks have water dripping down from the sides which make the fridge full of water. The bed in the MASTER BEDROOM has wheels so it squeaks and moves ALL over the place

The complex was lovely.. Nice pool very quiet

My first two nights was horrible. My back patio door didn't lock.... A step was broke. A manager contacted me but fail to keep in contact with me to see if the situation was handled. AFTER the problems was fixed (after 4pm the next day) they stay was lovely. Really hope they get better by next year because I wouldn't mind staying about... Hopefully longer

Nice size but could use improvements

The house fit our large group perfectly. Location is nice & close to theme parks and other attractions. Listing mentioned a crib, stroller, and high chair for a baby. The high chair was there. No stroller. And a broken, dirty, pack & play. Not even an actual crib. Needless to say that was a disappointment, good thing we decided to travel with our own stroller. Beds reminded us of dorm room mattresses and definitely need to be replaced. The floors were so dirty when we arrived that our bare feet turned black. Hot tub was dirty and cloudy. We also had an ant problem even with being extremely diligent about not leaving trash or food out at all. Overall the location is great & having a kitchen was extremely beneficial for our large group. But some upgrades & more focus on cleanliness is needed.

Graduation Trip

Condo was great for us with space, with a few issues. The mattresses are terribly uncomfortable and definitely need to be replaced. There were holes in the walls because no door stops. Huge issues were the roaches we saw in the kitchen, little mite like bugs on the counters, and the free standing water from the leak under the sink--horrible smell. I notified the property manager and I was told that they'd pass it on and asked me to give a 5 star review and that I'd get one in return--not cool. Location was great for the theme parks, in a gated community, but my son had his phone stolen from his car right in the driveway. We were so glad to be on my daughter's HS graduation that I even rated the condo this high.

GREAT PLACE

Great place, lots of room and clean space. The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking and supplying our own toilet paper and dish soap.

Some things need attention

We stayed here for a week with our extended family so that we could enjoy the theme parks and beaches in Florida. It was in a great location to the parks. The property itself, did have some issues that could use attention for future renters. The pavers in the driveway are lifted up and are an extreme trip hazard. The dryer hose within the home was not connected, and upon contacting management, they said that maintenance would be in to fix it. They never showed and my father in law had to purchase the supplies to fix it ourselves. There are a few things within the home that were broken, most notably, the outlet cover by the back door that my small children could touch, and the back door does not lock. We noticed that some of the pillows needed to be replaced, as they were stained quite heavily. Liu did send back an extra $50 from our stay to help cover the cost of supplies for fixing the dryer. More attention to cleaning would be ideal. Overall, it was a bed to sleep in at night but does need more attention.

The house didn't live up to my expectations

The house was infected with small, medium and large bugs. Bugs were visible in the bathrooms, and kitchen. Management attempted to clean the property, but this didn't help. No other properties were available, so we had to leave our clothes in the car. Not a good experience at all. Poor service and lack of support.

Roaches and pure unresponsiveness.

We stay from August 3-11,2017. All seemed fine until the first night when we had several roaches throughout the kitchen. When I called the property management company, they said they "believed us" and came to treat the next morning however as they left, a light sparked on the patio. We asked to stay at a different home of which 3 were showing available on Trip Advisor and Home away. They said all homes were booked but we had a friend make a faux inquiry and they did have some availability. They said they'd be back to repair the light but never followed up with us nor did they follow up on the roaches which were still there when we closed up the home at checkout. We wound up contacting the city of Kissimmee to address further as it was a true disappointment and they not once offered any reasonable accommodation.

It was an overall great experience

Enough room for all 10 of us to have our own privacy. The sheets on the beds were so soft. You would expect the bedding to be hotel scratchy but they were quite nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house and location in a safe area, close to all the atraction.

House quite nice. A few minor problems mainly the door lock was brutely hard to open. The surrounding area very peaceful yet only minutes from all your needs. WELCOME pamphlet book lacked information on garbage disposal.

Great experience

A group of 4 of us were in the area for a golf trip and would happily stay here again. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Only suggestion would be for a print out of basic instructions for use of the hot tub but we figured it out ourselves after some trial and error. Great location as well. The owner was in touch throughout the process. Very satisfied!

Very Comfortable Stay

Everything worked. Only reason it was not a five star review was because the property has a little age on it and minor touch ups lite fresh paint, light bulbs and bedding could be slightly improved.Would definitely stay there again.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very easy to deal with. Our initial inquiries and follow up questions were responded to promptly. Minor issues during our stay were resolved very quickly with the assistance of the maintenance company. The booking deposit was also returned promptly. The property is very comfortable and the posted pictures reflect the well maintained condition of the home. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need during your stay, including ample dishes and utensils. Baby gear is in great condition (stroller, play n pack, high chair). There are plenty of towels for the washrooms. The home is a short walk to the community pool, which was very nice, and a short drive to groceries, Walmart, and Target.

Locação fácil e prática. Localização Ótima.

Imóvel organizado e com todos os itens básicos, como toalhas de banho, louças, lavadora e secadora de roupas, vários aparelhos de TV, etc. A entrada no condomínio e na própria casa é feita através da digitação de senhas, que são enviadas alguns dias antes, não havendo a necessidade de se comunicar com terceiros. De resto, o local é excelente. Recomendo

Comfortable

Stayed here with my daughter and my father and his wife. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location of the property is great...1 street in from 192...can drive without turns to Walmart Supercentre. We were comfortable and the owner is very nice to deal with.
