Resort Guest Access:



Registered guests must provide proof of their stay and check in at the clubhouse to receive access wristbands. Resort facilities are generally open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.



Clubhouse amenities are operated independently by the resort and are subject to availability, weather, maintenance, and resort rules. Certain activities may require additional payment.

Guests have private access to the vacation home, including all five bedrooms, bathrooms, the private swimming pool, and laundry facilities.



The property includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.



Certain closets and storage spaces are reserved exclusively for the owners and are not accessible to guests.



Check-in instructions and property access information will be provided before arrival.



Important House Rules



To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please observe the following rules throughout your stay.



NO PETS ALLOWED



Our property is strictly NOT pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.



NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE



Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house.



NO EXTRA OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS



The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at or access the property. Additional visitors, overnight guests, parties, and events are not permitted without prior host authorization.



RESPECT QUIET HOURS



Please respect our neighbors and the resort's quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Keep music, conversations, and outdoor noise at a considerate level, especially during evening and nighttime hours. Loud parties and disruptive activities are prohibited.



TRASH MUST BE BAGGED



All trash must be securely placed inside garbage bags before disposal.



Please place tied garbage bags in the property's designated trash bin. Do not leave loose garbage, food waste, or unbagged trash outside.



PRIVATE POOL RULES



Pool heating is optional and costs $40 per day.



Please arrange heating with the host.



Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool.



No diving, glass containers, or unsafe behavior in the pool area.



Pool equipment must not be adjusted or tampered with.



GRILL RULES



Grill use is available for $40 per stay.



Please arrange grill use with us beforehand.



The grill must be used safely and never left unattended while operating.





PRIVATE OWNER STORAGE



Certain storage areas are reserved for the owners. Please do not attempt to enter locked closets or private storage areas.
