We believe this is one of the best located condos at Vista Cay; 3rd floor, both pool and lakeview, located directly by the main pool area at Vista Cay. With two bedrooms, two bathroom, you have all the space you need for a great stay. Why stay in a crowded hotel when you can be in a spacious condo ?

Pool area update: After 8 months and a long delay, the pool area right outside our condo finally reopened May 14th. Photos of the new pool area will be updated soon.

Vista Cay is very centrally located in Orlando between Universal Blvd and I-Drive. (so not Kissimmee). We have everything within 5 to 15 minutes drive : Disney, Universal, Sea World, Waterparks, the airport, outlet malls and malls and golf courses. Several restaurants at Vista Cay, and even more at I-Drive less than a mile away. Convention or event at Orange County Convention Center? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay.

Paved walkway around Lake Cay, nice for jogging or a relaxing walk.

Many restaurants on the resort (2xPizza restaurants, Burger Bar, The Diner, Venezuelan, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, a café and cupcake bakery). Large Publix supermarket.

Owner have three great condos in this building. All 3rd or top floor with lakeview, two also with pool view. Great if multiple groups are travelling together. Link to other units:

Nicely maintained gated property near many attractions. The condo was very conveniently located near the main pool with ample parking. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with Havard was quick and helpful.

Had an amazing stay here. Apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Kids loved the pool area. Husband loved the proximity of a craft beer bar (which also served lovely bar snacks). Location was fantastic for the Universal parks and Sea World/Aquatica. Host was very helpful and replied very promptly with any questions we had. We had a couple of slight maintenance issues whilst there but these were very minor and were dealt with by the management company exceptionally quickly (within an hour). Would 100% recommend and would love to return if we ever visit Orlando again in the future.

Quick drive to Universal

We had a great stay. The condo had everything that we could need, very clean, spacious and comfortable beds for the whole family. I only wish it was warmer during our stay so that we could have used the pool.

Fab Place

The condo was great. Clean on arrival, very easy check in. Bonus for the young boys was being able to see fireworks from the balcony. Lovely size for two adults and two children. Very close to reception and the great refurbished pool. Very easy to drive to Disney and Universal. Uber cheap to Icon Park on a evening. Publix supermarket & a few restaurants within walking distance. Harvard the property owner was great to communicate with, very helpful and courteous, replied very quickly to any questions asked.Would highly recommend.

Great time with family

Check in was a breeze! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to spend 5 days with family. We were able to cook at the condo and not spend a fortune eating out. Nice property. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

The pool outside our condo was unfortunately closed for renovations but the property manager notified us ahead of time so there were no surprises! Location is key & was close to everything we needed. When we arrived, we were able to checkin early, which was greatly appreciated, but we found small things had not been cleaned (food and a whole bottle of tea was in the couch & hair in the bathtub). Other than those few minor things, overall amazing place & would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay!

Clean, easy check in, elevator to the 3rd floor, quiet space. Close to the pool and rec room. Communication with the host was outstanding and we were able to check in early. It was perfect for what we needed!

Wonderful Rental

We stayed at Vista Cay for our anniversary weekend. The rental was great. Very clean and has everything we needed. Loved the balcony and had fun at the pool. The location was perfect and a short drive to great restaurants.

Perfect Location and Accommodations

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The condo/resort is beautiful and within walking distance to the convention center as well as shopping for all conveniences necessary for the stay. Our host communicated well, and we enjoyed our time here very much!!

Perfect place!

Everything we needed was there. The location is perfect. Just next door to the clubhouse and swimming pool. Stores and restaurants were within a mile or so. We will definitely look for this place first when we come back to the area.

Perfect location for our travel needs

The amenities were perfect for my family to use while I was attending a conference nearby. The heated pool was wonderful in January. All the rooms were a good size and having a kitchen helped keep our travel costs down. Would definitely be returning.

Birthday Getaway

The property management was amazing. We stayed the weekend for my daughters birthday with her friends and the staff was so accommodating! I asked if someone was able to put some decorations up in the room for us and Jessica totally blew us away, thank you so much! The property was clean and inviting and everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It did have a hotel feel but all in all it was pleasant.

Very clean and organized. We had an issue with the refrigerator, called the maintenance number they gave us at check in and the maintenance person was there in no time to fix the problem. Lots of restaurants nearby and a Walgreens right at the entrance.

Fall break trip from IN

We were in the area for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, then a few days in Disney/Universal Studios. This condo was super close to the convention center, and also close to so many things (very convenient). Parking was very easy, and the access to the pool was nice. The condo itself had very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were very spacious. The kitchen had the basic items we needed. We also got groceries at the Publix which was within walking distance (less than 5min walk). Overall very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay again!
