Nice home and neighborhood
We enjoyed our nice, long (Jan. 15-March 31) stay at this home, though nearby Hwy. 27 — where sewer lines were being replaced — limited our time in the pool. The air was just too stinky, and of course that had nothing to do with our host or this well cared-for property.

Excellent Experience!
This was my first time staying in a vacation rental property as an adult as opposed to with my parents. Overall, the experience was excellent and not only would I come back, but I would recommend to anyone. It was very reasonably priced for great value, and the owner was very clear with expectations and even let us check in early when my scatter brained self realized I booked the flight too early in the morning. Strongly recommend!

Needs updating, repainting and a good clean
The property needs totally repainting as there are marks all over the walls (I took photos as was worried we would be accused of causing them as some were bad). The exit to the pool was very dirty around the patio doors and rug outside was very dirty. the rugs in the house also need cleaning and had not been vacuumed as items left on them (crayons and coins). The sofa springs hit into your botttom when you sat down in the corner and it had a cigarette burn. the cupboards in the kitchen had no handles and were dusty inside. Pool never used as the chair had padded cushions on which were soaking wet due to the showers each day. The pool table was thick with dust and needs a good vacuum and and there were broken pool cues. Nowhere to hang up clothes to dry (we used the rail on the garage door). Cutlery spread out in seperate parts of the kitchen instead of being together in one drawer (i.e. did not find wine bottle opener til half way through holiday as opposite side of the kitchen next to fridge instead of where the knives, tin opener were - assumed there was none). Curtains in main bedroom did not fit the window allowing light to stream in. A lovely property in a great location but needs some updating

Decent stay
House was very nice for the price. Location is lovely and the house seemed clean. The only thing that was not clean was the pool. That was in need of a good cleaning, there also was a terrible smell outside which made it a little hard to enjoy being in the pool. One thing I would add is if you have multiple cars, parking may be a slight challenge and if you can’t fit in the driveway there are no other parking options.

Lovely home, great location.
Home was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Our only issue was a smoke detector with a dying battery which was handled promptly. Loved that it was all on one level!
