We are located just off Highway 27 which is around 15 mins from Disney main gates. 4.3 miles to 192 and 4 miles to I4. Walmart is 4.5 Miles, 5 miles to our local shopping center (Posner Park) with multiplex cinema and big box stores. 1.5 Miles to our local Publix grocery store with Pharmacy and gas station. 1.6 Miles to Restaurants like Chinese, Fried Chicken, Japanese Steakhouse, Thai, Pizzeria, English Fish and Chips, Applebee’s and IHOP. 1.6 Miles to nearest Bank and Doctors Office.


The villa is situated on a extra large, double-sized plot with lakefront view backed by conservation. Lots of space for parking in our four car driveway. Large screened in porch area leading to the front door with bench to have a sit down or rest your groceries on whilst accessing the home with our electric door lock.
The home inside and outside provides the privacy lacking in so many rental homes.


Pool Area and Deck:

From early morning sunrise to sun down the view from our family room to the lake is just stunning and will stay with you forever! Unlike other homes we do not share our view with anyone it’s secluded from being overlooked. Want a closer look? We have a swing bench between our two oak trees so you can sit and watch the wildlife in the pond to your hearts delight.

Our large screened in Pool recently refurbished to include a mosaic turtle family and dolphins playing. The pool measures 21 x 9ft and is just over 6ft at the deep end. The pool is south west facing and gets full sun from 10am to 7pm/sundown.

Also on our deck is a 8 seat top of the line heated (adjustable) Caldera Elation Hot Tub covered by a remote control awning, featuring LED Color lighting, Ozone sanitizer system, over 40 jets and has 4 pop up speakers and a TV so you can sit watch your favorite movies and TV shows on Netflix, Amazon or Disney Plus with the bubbles on full whilst relaxing.

The pool has a Sonos system so you can connect on your phone and listen to your favorite music though our deck speakers.

As well as our deck lights we have our palm trees in the corners lite up each night and our pool has LED Color changing lights to fill the pool. Color modes include Party, Romance, american and California Sunset.

Deck chairs and Sunloungers are also on the deck for your use.

We have Roku / Firestick LED TV’s in each bedroom and living area with streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus and more available to watch.

Kitchen:

We have a fully stocked Kitchen with all the pans, silverware, cups and glassware you will need plus plastics for the pool area and kids to use. Instant Filtered water and hot drinking water from a special faucet on the sink. Toaster Oven and Air Fryer as well as a kettle and Keruig Duo (Pod and Tradional pot Coffee Maker) sit on the workspace for you to use. Stainless Steel appliances inc Side by side fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered cold water and Dishwasher. Motion activated Faucet and waste disposal.

Master Bedroom - (King Bed):

Master bedroom with slay King bed and very comfortable Seally pillow top mattress , has french door access which also share the same beautiful views of the lake and have a large walk in shower and corner tub with his and her sinks and closets.

Family room:

Sofa and Loveseat with 50” Roku LED 4K TV and access to pool via 3 sliding glass doors, ceiling fan with remote control. Controls on wall to turn on Color changing LED Pool light and Deck Lights.

Living room:

The living area with sectional reclining sofa features an 80” inch projector with Firestick and 5.2 surround sound system with a massive Blu Ray and DVD collection. ceiling fan with remote control. Amazon Alexa on the entry table.


Kids Bedroom (Bunk Bed - 1 Full x 1 Single):

Our upstairs bedrooms include a Paddington Bear themed kids room with a large bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. 32” Roku LED TV with streaming services, Kids books and toys also available.

Twin Bedroom (2 x Single Beds) :

2nd bedroom has two twin beds, 32” Roku LED TV with streaming services, this bedroom we have fitted a desk inside the large closet for those who are looking to work or kids who are distance learning to have a quite place to use. This room also had a TV with PS3 and lots of games. Ceiling fan with remote control.


Queen Bedroom (1 x Queen Bed):

3rd upstairs bedroom had a Queen sized bed with another view of the beautiful lake and forest behind the home, 32” Firestick TV, large closet with ceiling fan.

Also upstairs is a bathroom with shower/tub. A book shelf sits on top of the stairs with board games for the kids and a great selection of books.


Laundry Room:

Large laundry room with shelves and large front load Samsung Washer/Dryer (HE) with a sanitizing setting. We also leave a complimentary bottle of detergent for your stay.

Finally our gated side yard is perfect for those with kids who like to explore. Also the complimentary Weber Gas Grill is sitting waiting for you to fire it.

Security System:

We have invested in a top of the line, monitored alarm system for your peace of mind whilst home or out and about. Our home is located on one the safest communities in central Florida but its nice to know your possessions are protected with our security system by alarm.com and 2GIG. If your leaving for the day just hit Away when you leave or if your going to bed use the Stay option.
