The Space:

In the evening, the flat‑screen TV glows while the house settles into a relaxed rhythm, perfect for families who want both excitement and easy evenings together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms each feature a king size bed, walk‑in closet, and a private bathroom for adult comfort. The downstairs bedroom is designed for children, offering a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk‑in closet, and its own bathroom. The themed kids’ room is stocked with toys, costumes, a ball pit, and an arcade game, creating a playful retreat.



Living space

An open living and dining layout encourages gathering. A comfortable sofa faces a flat‑screen TV, and large windows keep the space bright. Free Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace let you catch up on emails or plan the next day’s itinerary. Self‑check‑in is seamless with a smart lock and a private entrance that adds ease and privacy.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a coffee maker, and everything needed for home‑style meals. An open connection to the dining area lets conversation flow while you prepare breakfast or share dinner after a long day.



Family‑friendly features

Beyond the themed bedroom, children can explore an indoor play area filled with toys, a tent, books, and an arcade game. These spaces give younger guests room to play while adults relax nearby.

Whether you’re heading to the parks, exploring local dining, or simply enjoying the comforts of this Disney‑themed retreat, the setting stays comfortable year‑round, letting you focus on time together rather than the weather outside.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
