Great place

Stayed only 1 night and it was perfect. Pool was nice and close. Very clean. Nice location. Only negative was that I asked to check in early and that was never relayed to cleaning lady. The cleaning lady was extremely helpful when we tried to get in before she was done and we ended up getting in an hour early still. Would recommend this place!

Lovely condo, very nice owners.

Would recommend. Our only “complaint” is that the condo doesn’t come fully stocked. We had to purchase things like salt and pepper. There are very few dishes, and you will have to buy dryer sheets. Other than that, it’s a nice condo in a quiet, gated, and safe complex.

Good time

Condo, location great. Host could do a few things to bring experience up a notch. Throw the mattress and pillows away in master bedroom. Provide more towels. No face cloths, two hand and 8 towels for 16 day stay. Add to minimal silverware. Host should address lack of pool lounge chairs (15) most were torn and no tables with umbrellas to condo association.

Nice townhouse.

The townhouse itself is very nice. The location is great. However, please make sure you bring your own toilet paper. We had about half a roll in both bathrooms, and coming with a group of 6 (2 adult males, 2 adult females, 2 teenage girls) we ran out of TP the first night and were not aware there was NO extra TP in the house. Also, the floor and couches were covered in sand, annoying but not the end of the end of the world. However, you are about 30 minutes from Universal which was our reasoning for staying here. The communication with the housing manager was a nightmare after booking. They did not reply to any messages until the week before and then only sent check in instructions. Verbo even tried to reach out to the property owner with no success. No early check in available either due to no communication and automatic timed locks. Overall, good experience staying here because it was very nice, very spacious. P.S. the pool is dirty.

Spring Break

This property was perfect for our spring break trip this year. The owners are absolutely wonderful. They were very communicative and easy to reach when needed. We have stayed at this resort before but this has been our favorite unit. It’s close to the pool and clubhouse. The unit is clean and has all the basics you need. We booked this unit very last minute, as we originally were booked at a different property. We had a terrible experience there and had our entire stay refunded. However, that left us in Florida without a condo during spring break. I found this unit available. The owners got us in same day and even gave us early checkin. The entire experience was great and I would definitely book with them again! They helped turn our nightmare vacation into an amazing one!

Great condo/couple points

Overall a great stay. Just a couple notes. There are a few minor damages that should be repaired like a hole in the wall or the towel holder not up, cracked sink etc. They ask that you wash what you can in the washer before you leave, but don’t leave soap for said purpose. Overall, simple things like hand soap, some deep cleaning and touch ups and this would be great. Our biggest gripe is the pool. There is cold and refreshing. But even on our hottest day, the pool was frigid to the point of pain. Our ad claimed a heated pool. The people at the clubhouse laughed when I asked about that. Likely you have multiple properties you manage, but some simple updates and clearer communication would make this a stellar stay. Otherwise convenient. Uber was great in the area.

Excelente casa !

Local muito bonito , casa extremamente confortável , bastante nova e muito aconchegante num excelente bairro próximo a Disney . Apenas os secadores de cabelo não funcionam e não havia outro para reposição então tivemos que comprar outro .
