NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance  to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

We offer some extra services, for an additional fee:

ONLINE PURCHASE:
You can order groceries and online purchases during your stay. Services such as **Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, FedEx, and UPS** can deliver directly to the home.

Please schedule your deliveries **after you have checked in** and make sure someone is available to receive them, as the property management is not responsible for unattended packages.

Please note that the **Clubhouse does not accept or hold packages**, and deliveries sent via **USPS** may be returned to the sender.
