Clubhouse hours are from 9:00am to 9:00pm - Every day of the week.

The residence has 2 entrances

At the main entrance you will find a security booth, you can go through the row on the left side and show the guard a QR code that you will receive and they will give you access, or you can also enter directly through the row on the right side and scan the QR code in the intercom and you will have access, once you enter you must continue straight along the road and on Juliet Drive you must turn left, you will find the house on the right side of the street

You will also find a secondary entrance, at this entrance you must scan the QR code directly into the intercom and the gate will open automatically. Once you pass the gate you must turn left and continue straight along the road and on Juliet Drive Street you must turn right, you will find the house on the right hand side.

The parking is Free so you can park in any available space in front of the house, in case there is no space available you can park on the next street where there will be more spaces available.

The residence offers free golf cart transportation to the clubhouses and back to the house.

We want to get you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
• Dish Soap.
• (3) Dishwasher Pods.
• (1) Kitchen Sponge.
• (4) Trash Bags.
• (1) Roll of paper towel in the kitchen.
• (2) Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
• (2) Small trash bags in the bathroom.

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

The house has a Crib/ High Chair/ Stroller (at no additional cost)

These are the extra services we offer:

*Bbq Grill: It has a cost of $43 for the entire stay

The Bbq grill works with gas and propane, utensils and cleaning are included.

*Pool Heating: It has a cost of $39 per day

The pool may take up to 24 hours to heat up, so it must be requested in advance, it can be requested for a minimum of 2 consecutive days and the pool temperature rises up to 95 degrees.
