Disappointing experience - 1) Nobody greeted us when we arrived, if fact we were given the incorrect resort gate code and after a full day of travel we had to wait a long time to gain entry 😭 2) We had to drive a long distance to throw away our trash (other side of resort) as no bins near our small terrace house. 3) The Jacuzzi advertised with the house never worked - no instructions provided- maintenance came 2 times replacing parts (he told us it was old equipment 😭) - we corresponded via SMS (no human contact) but the last five days we got no response- so we gave up. 4) our location was too far from the resort pools (I am disabled so walking was out of the question) This house as part of an Expedia package, while clean and well equipped did not live up to my expectations.
