Our spacious two - storied townhouse is great for everyone to enjoy all that Orlando can offer.

Townhouse (Secured Free High Speed Wi-Fi):

The living room area is ceramic tiled, has a 42" flat screen and a leather sectional. There is patio off the living area, where you can enjoy a cold beverage. ( 3 TV's total)

The dining area and kitchen comes fully supplied with appliances, dish washer, dishes, all eating/cooking utensils.

A washer/dryer is also available in the townhouse for your use.

The main floor bedroom is a good size and has a en-suite bathroom with bath tub/shower combo.

The upper level has three bedrooms; one bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with bath tub/shower combo and there is also one full main bathroom and a vanity/sink outside main bathroom.

Venetian Bay Villages is an upscale, family-friendly, gated (24/7 security onsite) & luxurious resort community – developed for a vacation lifestyle.

Located 30 minutes from Disney, MGM (Hollywood Studio's), Epcot, Universal Studio's & Islands of Adventure, Sea World.

An hour and you’re on the beach. If you aren't up to traveling, the main heated pool is a short 1-minute walk from our townhouse with a separate spa and is next to the clubhouse with arcade games and fitness center.

There are 3 additional pools, children’s playgrounds, BBQ areas, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

A truly relaxing getaway in the heart of Florida. Why pay for a small hotel room when you can enjoy your vacation in a comfortable and spacious townhouse with plenty of amenities and a full kitchen.

The community is located blocks away from a Wal-Mart, Target and the Loop Shopping Centre.

King beds

3 King beds with 2 en suite bathrooms. Heated pool averaging over 87 degrees, and a huge hot tub. Gated community is quiet, clean, and safe with lots of playgrounds.

Nice Home

We stayed 1 month and the home was very clean and was like the pictures. We had a small problem with one toilet but contacted the owner and he got it fixed right away. We would stay there again. Only suggestion would be if the patio was a little bigger so more people could sit.

Great Stay for our Disney Trip

We loved our stay at this home. The home was just as described and we had no issues at all. It was a quiet location and we had plenty of space for our family of 7. After reading reviews I was worried about the security but we did not have any issues. We registered our vehicle after arriving and the security process was fairly quick every time we entered. We also used the pool without any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

This was a great place for us to stay! We had 3 adults and 1 infant with zero issues at all. Everything was clean and as advertised. The only I didn’t love was walking almost a mile to take the garbage out. After long days in Disney World that walk was rough. That was the only inconvenience for us. Overall, would stay there again!

Vacation

I came down to Kissimmee with four friends for a week of vacation. We had a lovely time. The condo is a great space, not far from Universal or Disney, and close to lots of shopping options. The main pool and hot tub is right around the corner. The owner is nice, professional, and responded quickly to all of my messages/questions. We would look at renting this place again should we be travelling back to the area.

Wonderful

The property was clean and beautiful! Check in was easy and all staff were friendly! The amenities were wonderful as well! My 4 year old loved the playgrounds! I do suggest bringing towels and washcloths to have some extras. The ones provided are good but not enough for a bigger family. Also, the AC isn’t super great upstairs. They do have extra fans but the rooms get a bit hot with the doors closed. (Just a heads up is all) The owner was super nice and wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great home. Beautiful property. TERRIBLE security.

We loved the home. Property was beautiful and close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean. Beds were really comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for the week. Pools were beautiful. But, the security guards put a damper on our whole week. They randomly closed the pools for no reason. They asked my husband to leave the pool area for wearing “street clothes” which was a swim shirt. Security was just plain rude for no reason. They made my children uncomfortable and we were made to feel unwelcome the whole week. Ron (the owner) was great and communicated with us quickly when we messaged about the troubles with security. He understood our frustration, but he has no control over the security employees. Overall we loved the home, but not sure if we’d stay again unless there were some changes to the security department.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed at Ron's place for 11 days. The property is exactly as is shown on the photos. The check in process easy. The house itself was clean. Locatio to the pool was ideal. Just a few minutes walk from house. Owner was excellent at communication. Whatever questions I had was answered immediately. Our flight got canceled due to the hurricane and the owner was ki d enough to let us stay the additional night whiwas greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortably except for one in the junior master upstairs. The mattress was nit comfortable and the owner should consider having it changed as it can get uncomfortable for long stays. The light in the master bedroom downstairs was not working. Only the night lights. I didn't bother to complain as it was not too much if a bother. The location is about 20 to 25 minutes away from the parks but the commute was not too bad. Shopping in and around the kissimmee area in my opinion was really good. Overall we had a good stay and will consider again for future trips.

Ron was great on his communication. He gets 5 stars on this! The listing was exactly how it was listed. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms had no dresser, the closet was locked and their was not a t.v. This made it less comfortable for a teenager. We had 6 people in our group. One had to take that room. Plus, it has baby locks on the door handle from the outside, she accidentally locked herself in that room.

Perfect size family townhome.

Excellent location within 20-25 minutes from all Orlando attractions. The owner responds to all messages and/or issues in a timely manner. I would definitly stay here again.
