Perfect location for all things Theme Park. We had a wonderful stay. Check-in and Check-out process was very easy. All necessary items were provided in the apartment (including soap, tabs for the dish washer and tide). Some things need a little touch up (outdoor cushions, kitchen ), but overall very nice apartment with beautiful view!

We went on a Girls Trip to enjoy the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. It was a lovely weekend! There was a chance of the weekend being a wash out but it was beautiful. When we woke up in the morning we were able to catch the beautiful sunrise over Lake Bryan. The space accommodated 5 ladies and we enjoyed our time there. This was not my first time staying at Blue Heron Beach Resort. It is close to the parks and yet off the back balcony it feels like your somewhere else!

Everything was perfect. Fantastic location with about a 10 min drive to everything Disney! The tiki bar by the pool was nice for a cocktail. Pool looked great but no time to use it.

We have stayed in these buildings before. The lake adds a quiet retreat from the traffic and hussle of Disney. Pool is nice and the tiki is always fun. Condo itself was great.

We chose this property for its proximity to Disney, as well as the amenities close by. It did not disappoint. The condo was nice, clean, and well stocked. Air worked great and the water stayed hot. The view from both balconies was wonderful! Thanks for a nice place to stay on spring break.

The condo we stayed in was just what the pictures showed and the description was spot on. The view from the back balcony looking over the large lake was beautiful and relaxing. The view from the bedroom balcony allowed us to witness the nightly theme park fireworks. The biggest upside is how roomy the condo is and for a pretty good price. If your looking for an option to hotels or something that is out of the hustle of the resorts but still close enough to be manageable, this is the place.

Great Overall

The condo provided everything we needed for everyone to enjoy the vacation. The view of the lake provided a peaceful and calming environment for relaxation. The pool and adjacent putt putt golf provided some on-site entertainment. Disney and Universal Studios parks were all within a 10-15 minute drive. The only negative was that the boardwalk and gazebo area was closed for repairs and no work seemed to be happening to fix it.

Great location, plenty of space, warm pool, pretty basic for cleanliness and supplies

You are as close to Disneyworld as you can be off property, it worked great for us to take a Lyft each day. The physical size of the unit is excellent, the pool was warm and the kids swam in the nights even though it was cool (January, rainy). The stove needs to be replaced, the elements weren't totally working but we were able to cook. The cleanliness was good enough but not 5 star. Supplies for showers were there, but kitchen daily basics were not ample. Dish soap got delivered after a few days, also after we purchased online grocery delivery - paper towel, dishsoap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper we needed to buy supplies for our 9 day stay by day 2. There were no oven mitts. Pool towels and towels in good supply, but not enough blankets to use the bunk beds, it was too cold. Very safe location, no concerns and some shops on property/ directly nearby and walkable. I would stay here again, staying here allowed us to stay longer and more park days at Disneyworld.

Air filters were very full and HVAC system needs to be thoroughly cleaned out. Place smelled of mold and needed to be aired out for hours a day. Cabinet door missing under sink. Other than those things, really nice! thank you.
