Always consistent / always enjoyable

We've been staying at Bonnet Creek for many years. One thing remains the same: consistency. Always clean, always quiet, and always an easy stay. If you're looking for the "Disney bubble", though not a Disney hotel, it still feels like you're in/at Disney. Plenty of pools, restaurants, and a beautiful lake for walking. As a family of 7, this hotel is our go to every-time we visit Disney. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook and not always have to eat out.

Excellent Community

Really enjoyed everything about the condo that we stayed in. Very clean and modern. The property is clean and modern. Could use a better check-in service. You basically check-in and then they have you check-in again in a different broom to get you room key and access. They do this to try and get you interested in a possible time share at the property. No push sails people but still not what I was expecting.

Disney Trip

The unit itself was great. Beautiful, clean, all the conveniences of home that you could need. Fancy bottled water, truffles, bathrobes upon check in, beds super comfy. My one complaint is regarding check-in process. They are so aggressive with trying to get you to purchase the timeshare, wouldn’t take no for an answer from my husband. I am pregnant and was not feeling well at all and the check-in took almost 30 min because they kept harassing my husband about going to some presentation. We live in western Canada, and don’t come to Florida often. This was a couple day trip for us, the staff needs to back off with trying to sell people something. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

So many awesome things to do here, and the amenities are beautiful. Location is also so close to everything. Disney parks. Universal/islands of adventure, Disney springs, city walk, etc. would definitely stay here again!!!!

Weekend get away

We attended a family wedding and stayed at the complex. It's a great room, newly renovated, clean, perfect spot. The complex has six towers, this room is in tower six. It's close to the main hotel and made it very convenient to use all of the facilities on site. Great place, Higley recommend

Can you say, luxury?

Disney, the Springs, the pool, Hurricane Hut...you name it, you're near it. My cousin and I absolutely adored this stay and will be back. We can't believe how comfortable the bed and sheets were. And the view? Well, you'll just have to see for yourself ;)

Only 2 suggestions- bubble tub did not work (no big deal) and a fire stick for the tvs would be great, as we could not stream Netflix, etc. So we had to watch TV with commercials. Other than that, our stay was awesome and would definitely stay here again!

Nice property

The carpet near the bathroom in the bedroom was soaked when we arrived so the room smelled musty the rest of our stay. We think it was from the rain, but the first night it sounded as if there was a waterfall in the walls with banging with we think was a downspout or something but.. wish we had picked a different room. We were also disappointed that there weren't shuttles to Disney as stated in the website; you have to pay and book ahead of time.
