RECENTLY RENOVATED 3/2025.
Entire space to relax in w/a seperate studio unit residence attached. The historical townhome was built in the 1930s and retains it`s character as well as updates. Easily within walking distance to downtown fun, restaurants, parks, performing arts center and much more.

This 3 bedroom 1 bath early 1900`s historic double unit property is located just several blocks from Lake Eola, Downtown nightlife, Dr. Phillips performing arts center and Amway arena. There is an attached studio nextdoor which has one of the parking spaces reserved for use.
🏡 - The home features a nice corner lot with a studio unit on it`s side which is occupied by a long term tennant.
🏠 - Fully furnished with beds in Master (Double bed) & 2nd bedroom has bunk bed (2 twins).
🛏 - Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and plenty of storage for luggage, clothes, and other personal items. Living area is spacious with an eating area and smart enabled tv
🛏 Guest Bedroom (bedroom #2) -
Room is equipped with a bunk bed = two twin size beds. AC unit and small closet.
⌨️ Bedroom 3 is the OFFICE.
The room is equipped with a desk and office style seat perfect for those working remotely. If you require an air mattress, one can be provided by request and advanced notice.
👨🍳 The kitchen has an island high top for meals, utensils, dishes, glassware, and cookware are all provided. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven.
✅️ - Every room has access to an AC wall unit. During the winter months, there are space heaters available for your convenience.

📌 - Guest policy - only guests on the reservation are to have access/use of the property.
🚫 - No street parking
🅿️ - Parking available for 1 🚘 - use designated spot on LEFT side
Access to a private parking space located directly on property (designated spot is the one on the LEFT)
The front door of the home is located to the left side of the home beyond the driveway with a white storm door facing the yard.
The home does not have a backyard. Ground consist of the side yard (facing south street) which is accessible outside the front door. The area outside the kitchen is the neighbors property.
As needed. We generally respond via the app within an hour but like to give guest their space and privacy. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.

Strict guest policy - only guest on the reservation are to have access/use of the property. This is a residential area so if you have friends in the area, please keep visits to a minimum.
Failure to do so can result in incurred extra person fees or cancellation**
