The Space:

Windsor Cay Resort - Stay in this beautiful five-bedroom house with 5.5 bathrooms, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi. The house includes a main suite with king bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and two additional bedrooms with king-size bed and Queen-size bed, and a room with a bunk be full/twin size bed and a pull over twin bed. We provide 12 towels and a full laundry facility. A Welcome Kit is included. Although Windsor Cay's resort some area are currently under construction. The house is located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios. If you would like to add the pool heater, please let us know 48 hours before your stay for an additional fee.



*Please note that an additional fee applies for renting the grill. If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please request it in advance.



* Please be aware of Windsor Cay resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**

We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.



**BEFORE CHECKING IN:**

To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.



**AMENITIES:**

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



**MAINTENANCE:**

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



**POOL AND SPA HEATER:**

POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.



**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**

-There is a rental fee for the grill. If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please request it in advance.

- You need to be 21 or older to book with us.

- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted.

- Sorry, no pets allowed.

- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.

- There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries.

- Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.
