Pool Safety & Liability Notice:

Guests use the pool at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Swimming and diving can be inherently dangerous activities that carry risks of bodily injury, including but not limited to chemical irritation, impact injuries from jumping or diving, drowning, and electrocution. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during pool use. By using the pool, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take all necessary precautions to avoid injury.

By booking this property, guests waive any right to sue the owner or property manager for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur while using the pool or related amenities.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day (please request in advance). The pool will be heated to 88°F for your comfort.

Air Conditioning:
The home is equipped with air conditioning. Please keep the thermostat set to no lower than 72°F to maintain efficiency and comfort. Remember to keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.

No Smoking / No Pets / No Parties
No smoking inside the home — a $500 fine applies for violations.

No unauthorized pets — service animals are welcome, per Vrbo policy.

No parties or events allowed.
