We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay.

• SONOMA RESORT AMENITIES
Sonoma Resort is an exclusive gated community featuring a modern clubhouse, complete with a sophisticated lounge and fitness center. The space flows seamlessly out to a premium aquatic complex—ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Here, a stylish swimming pool, private poolside cabanas, and a rejuvenating jacuzzi spa are framed by an expansive deck overlooking the lake.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $75 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.

The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency.
Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature.
This service is optional and subject to availability.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 for the entire stay

• SONOMA RESORT PARKING
- Free on-site parking. Driveway parking available. The garage has been converted into a game room.
- No street parking.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep the home clean.

• HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
