Staff were friendly and very helpful. The pools had stuff for everyone and the little market has a great variety of items.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
The hotel is not very inspiring...some of the outside common areas (not the pool areas) are a little dirty and smelly. Rooms are dingy.

This was a beautiful very clean room the only problem I had was the breakfast was terrible and they charge you for it it was disgusting the potatoes taste like rubber and like they have been sitting there all day there was nowhere to wash your clothes they said it was broke down I'm guessing they ...
