Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
Felt like i was being stalked by the workers i had my door knocked on 3 times in 1 day all for a problem. I never had. I said a light bulb was out. The workers randomly go around, staring at rooms, writing things on a notepad, and they'll sit there for a few minutes looking.

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
What an excellent resort! The staff were incredibly helpful and the shuttle service to Universal theme parks was elite! We checked out feeling like we should have booked a longer stay. Would want to come back again.
