The room was very dusty and looked unkept there were spider webs on the walls, ac vents were also caked with dust like the room hadn’t been cleaned in a lot time. The property supposedly offers shuttle to the airport, that’s the reason why I chose it despite the price being higher than other hotels, but as I tried to book a morning shuttle I was told the shuttle was already full😣 overpriced for what it offers.

Great experience staying at this hotel. However I do wish that the complimentary breakfast hours were longer than 7am to 9am as this hotel is convenient for those who are traveling by using Orlando international airport (MCO). Also, there was a leak in the ceiling in which the receptionist did not wipe up any water that was splattered on the floor. This is a hazardous situation as elderly customers and children could slip and fall.

finding this property ... a serious problem , signage for north frontage street is only on oneside of 436 so if you miss it ?? then when you do find North Frontage the Laquinta sign is way off in the DARK not litup sign in sight , clearly a identifying you are there... trees are wonderful but you need to light up your sign much better from and the lobby needs updateing ... leaking water from ceiling in lobby not a good impression so there ya go ... sorry to leave such a sad review .. but it is what it is

This was such a great value! And they picked us up and took us back to the airport. The front desk staff varied. One was fabulous and the next was tired and testy. But honestly the lady in front of him was very rude and understandably put him in a mood. I loved everything. We will def stay again!

The property was fine. However, I needed to go to terminal C at OIA, and shuttle only went to A and B. I had to walk a long distance with my luggage.

I will preface the split, saying I understand. This is an older property. There are some maintenance issues that are noticeable throughout the main areas of the hotel. The general cleanliness of the rooms are OK. The decor looks like it was recently updated with fresh carpeting, and hard surface floors, the real stand out of this property has been the front desk staff especially Aiden. He was incredibly friendly and efficient at my late night check-in. I would be inclined to stay here again for and overnight stay if needed one traveling.

I was a bit skeptical but when I arrived, the staff (early morning, afternoon, and evening) were very accommodating and assisted me with getting around very well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a long layover or a cancelled flight in the city of Orlando.

Rugs looked like it didn’t get vacuumed before we arrived, toilet was dirty and there was some kind of nasty mold inside the toilet. Shower head looked like it hasn’t been changed in over 3 years disgusting. Service was good but the room was not that clean.

I appreciated the concept of the overall hotel however there was a understaffed issue causing concerns for cleanliness. Our tub was plugged after one shower and help dirty water causing a bad odor through our stay. Staff were informed however there was not enough staff to have anyone attend to the issues.

Staff- especially “manager” Pat was very rude. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Almost an inch of dust on the dining chairs and stains on the couch, chair and sheets.

Hotel staff and airport shuttle crew were extremely nice and helpful. Allowed us an extra hour at checkout since we got in really late from a music festival in Daytona Beach! Bed was comfy. Hot shower. Free breakfast was fine. Eggs sausage toast and juice with cereal and yogurt options as well as a waffle maker. Nice area. Plenty of walkable restaurants and really close to Orlando Airport.

The bed mattress needs to be changed, was like sleeping on a bed from day one. The shower 🚿 leaked, noticed staff and they ok. Wow 😳

The staff were really helpful. I requested a top floor so I could have a better sleep since I was going to spend only 4 hours sleeping before heading to the airport. The problem was the guests walking on the hallway like they were at the parks in the middle of the day. I only slept 2 hours.
