The issue was they gave us a room which looked like an attic with slanted ceiling hitting our heads in the bedroom and bathroom area. Access to these rooms are terrible. The bathroom had a tub which sat right below the slanted ceiling and we had to be hunchback of Notre Dame the whole time. Taking a shower was the biggest challenge. They didn’t inform there is no ac in the room and it was very hot in the room. Understand there is no need for ac in Iceland but trust me the days were very warm and it gets really hot in that attic room. Other than that , decent hotel. Location is good. Couple of ladies in the front desk were helpful the day we arrived but rest of the staff we dealt with were ok. Just avoid the attic room :)

We loved our room!! It was centrally located near lots of restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a small kitchenette. The bathroom was very nice. Parking was a little tight however there was parking in the residential neighborhood a few blocks away.

"Unresponsive host. Has to reach out to Expedia so we can get an access code to enter the property. The key are in a lockbox and make sure you will get the lockbox code prior to coming to the property. The house is okay to spend a night. WiFi is good."

"The room was not cleaned, old towels were hanging, there was no linen in one of the beds. We booked for 10 people, but there were actually 8 seats. The staff was arrogant, no one helped.The location was close to the beach, 10 minutes walk, but the house was somewhere behind the warehouse."
