The hotel is located in a perfect area for those visiting disneyland. The rooms themselves are outdated. The air conditioning unit in our room was breaking down and made a loud noise every 10-15 minutes throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the staff was nice and parking was simple enough.

The room was not bad. A little dirty but nothing to be upset about. There was construction going on to the hotel so the parking was not the best.
Over all not a bad place. I expected more for thw price i paid.

I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel. It was on the more affordable end, and I thought maybe the pictures were better than the real thing. I was wrong. I actually really enjoyed it. Everything felt very clean and the staff was amazing.

The property was great staff is super friendly. They were very helpful with suggesting places to eat. There were plenty of options when we chose to eat at the restaurant. We felt safe the entire stay walking distance to disneyland.

"We loved everything about Acros. The staff were so kind to us and our children and went out of their way to be helpful. The pool was well designed and big enough to accommodate the guests. The room was clean and spacious and the photos on the listing matched reality!"
