Villa Capitán is a contemporary three-story home, featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, situated on a gently sloping lot between the Villamartín golf courses (Orihuela Costa), just 5 km from the Mediterranean beaches. The 300 m² home sits on a 500 m² terraced lot, featuring natural marble floors throughout the house (and even in the garden), with direct access to the garden from every floor. Space, privacy, and a true resort atmosphere for up to 6 guests. THE HOUSE, FLOOR BY FLOOR. Ground floor—arrive and unwind: a living room with a fireplace, two comfortable sofas, and a smart TV; a fitness corner with an exercise machine; a laundry room with a Bosch washing machine and dryer; and a bathroom with a shower. Ground floor, the heart of the house: a spacious living room with a large sofa and a smart TV; a kitchen with an island and a full set of Bosch appliances; a pantry; a dining room; and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with its own bathroom, smart TV, and spacious built-in closets: each couple has their own space and privacy. Top floor, light and relaxation: a very spacious master bedroom with a private balcony, a sitting area, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, plus an office opening onto a huge covered terrace (pergola with solar panels) featuring outdoor furniture and a ping-pong table—perfect for breakfast overlooking the garden or for working remotely. SPA AND WELLNESS: private pool with air jets and hydromassage (unheated), mosaic-tiled Turkish steam sauna (hammam), wood-fired Finnish sauna with its authentic ritual, outdoor shower next to the pool, and a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom’s bathroom. GARDEN AND OUTDOOR LIVING: The terraced garden offers a variety of settings, including a spacious poolside seating area with comfortable garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a swing; a barbecue with an outdoor dining table for summer dinners; and several quiet nooks scattered throughout the terraces. COMFORT AND TECHNOLOGY: Air Zone zoned climate control throughout the house, Wi-Fi, central vacuum system, smart TVs in the living rooms and each bedroom, spacious built-in closets, a complete set of dishes and kitchenware, and linens included. LOCATION: Villamartín is one of the most established golf and leisure destinations on the Costa Blanca. The Dialprix and Mercadona supermarkets and the restaurants at Villamartín Plaza are within walking distance. The golf courses at Villamartín, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor are just a few minutes’ drive away, and the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre—the largest in the area—is about 10 minutes away. The beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa (La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor) are about 5 km away, a 10-minute drive. Alicante Airport is about 45 minutes away. GUEST ACCESS: You have the entire villa to yourselves, including all three floors, the pool, the two saunas, the terraces, and the garden, as well as parking for two cars on the property. We can arrange airport transfers upon request. OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: the pool is not heated; minimum stay of 7 nights; check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM; smoking is not permitted indoors, nor are parties or events allowed; quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM; pets are generally not allowed (please check with us before booking); final cleaning fee of 200 EUR per stay; refundable security deposit of 500 EUR; property registered for tourist use (VUT VT-484433-A, Valencian Community).
