This beautiful property features 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one with en suite, perfect for a relaxing break, golfing trip or a fun family holiday. The famous Villamartin plaza has all the bars, restaurants and entertainment is only a 10 minute walk away.
There are numerous blue flag beaches. la Zenia beach is a 7 minute drive. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the street.
La Zenia boulevard which is one of the largest outdoor shopping malls is a 10 minute drive.
There are numerous golf courses throughout the region with Villamartin golf course only a few minutes away. Alicante and Murcia international airport's are approximately 45 drive from the property. We can arrange transfers if required.
