Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour

ved insjekk var det ingen i resepsjonen. Nøklene til rommet lå på disken. Jeg gikk for å finne rommet mitt og tok en heis opp i 3 etg. Det var helt mørkt og det var gamle møbler og vaskeutstyr overalt i gangene. Jeg brukte telefonen som lommelykt og gikk igjennom gangene uten å finne mitt rom. Jeg fant det ikke og gikk ned i lobbyen igjen og fant en annen heis til en annen del av hotellet der jeg fant rommet mitt. Da jeg skulle reise gikk jeg ut fra rommet kl 07.20 med kofferten, og skulle gå inn igjen for å hente resten av bagasjen. Da kom jeg meg ikke inn på rommet. Jeg letet rundt over alt for å finne en måte å komme meg inn på rommet på. Jeg hadde et fly jeg skulle rekke. Kl 08 kom resepsjonisten. Jeg ba henne forte seg å ordne meg ny nøkkel, og sa at jeg hadde det travelt og at jeg var i fare for å miste flyet. hun virket ubrydd og tok seg god tid. Jeg ba henne forte seg og sa at flyet mitt skulle gå snart hun ble sur og kjeftet og kalte meg ting på spansk. Jeg ble irritert og sa til henne at det var hotellet sin feil at jeg ikke hadde tilgang til rommet mitt, og at utsjekk ikke var før om flere timer. Hun freste og var rasende og kalte meg masse stygt på spansk. Hun sa at det var ikke hennes skyld at hun var alene på jobb, og at dette var hotellkjeden sitt problem, ikke hennes. Har aldri møtt en så ufin resepsjonist i mitt liv, og heller aldri blitt kalt så mange stygge ting, og det etter at hotellet har gjort en feil som kunne kostet meg flyet mitt hjem.
