Water View House is a modern secure four bedroom home with magnificent views of the ocean, Crookhaven River & mountains. There is plenty of space inside the property, only a short stroll to the Orient Point shops or down to the boat ramp. This property offers north easterly aspects with fantastic panoramic views of The Crookhaven River, looking north along the coast to Gerroa & Coolangatta Mountain. Imagine relaxing in the lounge room and watching the boats come and go.

* This house IS pet friendly, a pet surcharge fee of $100 applies; all pets must be registered and pet fees paid via our Guest App after booking.
If you are bringing your pet, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of $100 will be payable after you book through our guest portal (you will receive details for this once you have confirmed your booking).

We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after.

Holiday report

Overalll it was a lovely stay it was just the cleanliness was just a bit poor. In the ensuite shower there was a dead spider encased in black hair and in the main shower there was also a dead spider and a lot of hair. In the Pantry there was quite a lot of little spiders (dead) hanging from the roof. Also the beds were not very comfortable and there was no WiFi. We would stay in the area again but not in that house Regards Pat Tate
