"Wonderful staff and very helpfull. I felt welcome and greeted in a friendly manner. The reception made a calls to help me to get to hotel. Upon arriving I was helped with bags. The room had very large panoramic view of Chisenau.The room was very clean. The mattress had springs in it but I slept well on it. The breakfasts were outstanding. The very wide selection including local Moldova bakery, other dishes blended with classic breakfast choices. I truly enjoyed food. The cafe had very nice selection and cool music. I felt relaxed and enjoyed every moment. The gentelman working in a bar helped me to leave bags till I had other hotel arrangements. This gave me an opportunity to spend time at the Vine festival. I enjoyed staying at the Bristol a lot. Everyone was nice, answered my room calls and responded with help. I would highly reccomend the hotel. Readonable deal and super Value. The only thing that could be improved is using elevator with house keaping was quite odd. The elevator designed as a small size. Few times sbout 4 within 2 nights stay i had to ride elevator with buckets full of dirty water, 2 large carts with laundfy, cleaning supplies etc. I was late for appointments and riding in a small elevator where housekeeping surrounds You wiith fully loaded carts and pin You to the wall was not quite plesant. It should be used as dedicated other elevator or if passengers inside the housekeeping should be not jumping infront and leaving you tiny space in the corner"

"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day. "

"When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation wrong and said it was Expedia’s fault. Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com. I had asked AI before booking (because my son had a sports match at 9) what time, breakfast was served, and it wrote 7-10, however, the hotel told us it was 8-10, another mistake. They eventually agreed to give us take away breakfast at 7.30 (which was also wrong and inadequate) If you want a nice quiet stay and sleep, do not choose this hotel, the walls aren’t soundproof, you can hear absolutely everything going on next door! Rooms are also ver small, so is the bathroom. Food at the restaurant was nice, a bit overpriced for the portions, but the service was one of the best we’ve ever come across, well done guys. The same goes for the night boy at the hotel and the supervisor (good at problem solving) super polite and attentive. Won’t be going back. "

В номере было все необходимое для отдыха : прекрасный санузел, удобные широкие кровати, в наличии холодильник, зона для работы на компьютере, кондиционер, большая терасса и удобные кресла. А с утра нас ждал отличный завтрак с соками, выпечкой , кофе и мясными закусками. Отличный отель. Мы остались очень довольны.Рекомендую воспользоваться услугами этого отеля."
